I am a bit confused between the 2 type hadiths and had this question in my mind for a long time. The first is about eating less which u also mentioned in the video. There r actually lot of Ahadith which stress on eating less. But there is other popular hadith regarding strength 'The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, although both are good' What i am not getting is how can we put these 2 Ahadith's together. If we eat less i.e only few bites how can we gain strength and become stronger. Any help regarding this will be appreciated. Thanks
This will be answered in the second part of the book of breaking the two desires. They are not contradicting each other, rather there is an immense spiritual wisdom behind this. I’ll be uploaded that video in a week or two, In Sha Allah.
