I went to the roastery cafe "TAKAMURA Wine & Coffee Roasters" in Edobori, Osaka. This store used to be a liquor store, but in 2013 it was renovated into a store specializing in home-roasted coffee and wine. The store is 600 square meters in area and has an amazing atmosphere. The coffee is also very delicious, using high-quality beans that have been evaluated by the COE (Cup of Excellence).
