I had a 3,000 yen lunch course at the Chinese restaurant "Tanbo" in Shukuin, Sakai City, Osaka. The owner/chef has previously worked at Fook Lam Moon in Osaka and Sense at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo. The food was very careful and of a high standard. And it has excellent cost performance.
