CJ... This was a fantastic cook. I have a question about your set for the Coments of the Week. Where did you get your corrigated roof metal? I want to use some of that for my Blackstone cooking area, it can get quite windy here in Colorado. I want to build a wall that is about 4 foot high across my covered patio area. Hopefully I can get it in 4 foot sections if not I could use a disk grinder to cut 8 foot sections in half.

Hey there bud, thanks for the comment. Sorry if I don’t mention heat often. On this one I cook the chicken at medium/medium high. Lower temp for chicken, I do this so I can cook it internally without burning the exterior. Flip often if you have seasonings with sugar in them. They burn extra fast. And when I add everything back to the blackstone with the noodles the heat is on medium low.

I love Pad Thai! This looks so good. I like Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) better! Can you make that one? How spicy can you go??? I've never seen steak Pad Thai, only shrimp and chicken. It doesn't seem like steak would work with the sweet and peanut flavors. Am I wrong?
I might have to agree with you on the steak and sweet nature of the recipe. However there are a lot of Asian recipes involving steak that has a sweet side to it. I should probably just give it a shot and see lol And I’ve never made drunken noodles. I’ll look into that one!

CJ! I can't believe you used fish sauce. Could you taste it? I use Worchester in place of fish sauce myself. Great looking dish, ring it and bring it!
You don't notice the taste. It adds a savoriness to the sauce, but it's not fishy.
Definitely doesn’t have a fish taste. It’s just a savory pungent flavor that you’ll miss if you don’t use it. For sure try it in a sauce.
