    Robin, your Pad Thai is just absolute perfection. If I was making Pad Thai, I'd replace the chicken with shrimp, cuz it's Thai tradition.

    I like the addition of the Brussel sprouts. Like almost any kid, did not care for them at all, until I had them stir-fried. Fantastic with peanut sauce as well!

    I love a good stir-fry recipe. One thing I like to add to mine is sesame oil. It give it a great flavor. Thank you for all of your great recipes.

    Ohhh I was waiting for you to do a stir fry!! I'm definitely going to be making this! I was going to ask if we could add some kind of nut to this and then you answered my question. 😊 Something about nuts in stir fry...I just love it. Also, spaghetto made me chuckle. Hahaha thank you so much for this!

    I like the looks of your recipe. I usually like my vegetables on the soft side so what is your opinion of steaming them for a short time before putting them in the wok? Also, would you suggest de-glazing the wok with a bit of Chinese Cooking Wine before adding the sauce? Great video👍

      You definitely could do that (steaming before adding to the wok). Mine were maybe softer than they looked. I like mine on the softer side so you will have to cook them a little longer! You could also deglaze with some cooking wine to capture more flavor from the pan. Not sure how it would affect the flavor though. Even chicken broth could work. Thanks for the questions.
