    I started the "shortcut to size" program a couple weeks ago after doing a general workout for two years. It makes a big difference and I manage to be at least a little sore everyday, because the workout routine prevents me from getting used to it. Real great stuff. I just wish it included a bit more leg work outs and something for my forearms.
