No, the Torah does not mention Muhammad. In the verse that always gets mentioned MUHAMMADIM means praised/kekasih just like Arabic, because Hebrew is a semitic language like Arabic
Semoga saudara diberkati Adonai selalu. Mubarakur rabb!

When read in public from the scroll it is always read with some kind of tune. Mainly it serves to provide clarity by giving clear grammatical structure to each sentence. This boy is using the Ashkenazic (European) style, different Jewish communities can have different styles and tunes. If you're reading privately most don't use it, but I like to because it also makes it easier to memorize. It's kind of like why it's easier to remember the lyrics to your favorite song, but not entire paragraphs (word for word) of your favorite book.

Then Rebecca was told that she would have twins that would form 2 distinct nations that would compete against each other. Then she gives birth to Esau and Jacob. Then Esau comes home one day hungry and sells his birthright in exchange for some red lentils that Jacob was cooking. "Thus did Esau spurn the birthright."
