I see you don't reply to questions, but I hope you do this time. I have this unit and have a few issues with it. I bought it 2 months ago new. 1) is no matter what I do, it won't record more than 10 seconds. Yes, I have pressed the save button after selecting 30 seconds. 2) is in low light, I can walk up to it and see the ir's blinking then they stop? Not the sensor light, the ir's on each side of the lens. It no longer records at night. It shows 50% battery life, so am I to assume the blinking is a warning and means no night recording at 50% battery voltage? I have asked this on your site, but all it does is require me to send it in for warranty after the site will not publish my comment in the comment section. I would rather understand the issue before losing it for months. Any help? Thank you.
Try replacing all the batteries with brand new preferably lithium batteries. I had an issue with mine where the IR kept flashing and wouldn't record more than five seconds of video. I used my battery tester to check the six lithium batteries I had in it. Five out of six were still showing up as good but one was a dud. I had these in the camera for about a year. That one bad battery was throwing the camera off. After replacing with new ones unfortunately not lithium ones because the price on em is insane right now the camera is back to normal.
@@kma5150 I did that and still the same. Reset and still the same. I even tried a power supply and still the same. It's now sitting on the shelf collecting dust and a reminder. I bought another cheap brand off ebay and it works great. No more bushnell for me. Thanks for the suggestion.
"when WE set out to build it, WE knew WE had to build it with no compromises". by 'we'. i think you mean asia. and why don't you just advertise the REAL mp ratings, and not the fake number. no cams are truly 24, or 30, or 40 MP. more like 3, 5, or 8. maybe the odd one might be as high as 12, maybe. same way that no trailcam is actually 4K, like some of them boast. instead of making a model that does this, or does that, or has the highest 'pretend' MP #, how about actually perfect ONE, that does what it should do, and does it well. and, offer it at a reasonable, realistic price. do that, and it will outsell every other brand and cam on the market. there's no need to change the cams every year or two. there's no need to be flashy or fancy.
I know people like to see new models and such every year but I agree if something works why fix it. Nowadays it seems most trail camera manufacturers care more about making cell cams than standard trail cameras
got one as a gift. I cant get the battery tray to open "with a little pressure" like it says, or alot of pulling. gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. just finally got the battery tray open, took ALOT of pulling. got the batteries in and turned it on to start setting it up. this red light is flashing in my eyes! ACK! WTF. who thought thatt was a good idea! gonna get some eletrical tape and cover the damned thing!

No demo video? Skipping this.
why does my manual(prime L20) mention field scan but there is no way to set it up??
Just got a two pack from amazon. Neither one has audio with the video. I will spend an hour trying to find out why, and then they go back.
I agree. On the box it says it does audio but I can't hear a thing on mine when I watch the videos. Otherwise I love this camera.
