Theory: James Lee isn’t there for Seonji but for the shaman. We know Charles Choi is greedy af and probably wants to own Cheonliang by himself. Charles could’ve given James Lee a different order of killing the shaman instead of Seongji. Also the red paper is in the possession of the shaman so it would make sense why James Lee is there to end the shaman.

Then kos is seven years older than is brother so at that time he is 23 and if all the kings have that age that means that they are all 23. James is here 18 to 19 yrs old. When Gapryoung died Jake was 14 yrs old and James killed Gapryoung means he was 16 to 17 yrs old.

Seongji just no diffed bullied both Kojima brothers at the same time. Both of them highly respected in Gen 0 and individually well above the kings. This can include Jichang but at the very worst individually they are in the same tier as prime Jichang, probably better. Both Kojima brothers combined could beat BH and OG UI Daniel and Seongji foddered them without effort.
I would guess Seongji is already dead by the time Jichang becomes king of Seoul and takes the title of strongest king (apart from KOS). That statement is irrelevant.

I think Gun and Charles were holding back when fighting against kojima brothers but they were kind of worn out so this make a huge contradiction over power scaling as KOC defeat kojima brothers alone in 4 moves and if James beat him, he clearly staes himself as stronger than gun+at prime charles choi level or maybe on garpyong level.
