idk if they explicitly explained why James wanted to take the body parts of the other kings, but my theory is that James felt humiliated in this fight that someone was stronger and better than him, especially someone who is a supposed "monster" compared to someone perfect like him. So, after this fight, James starts to take things from the other kings so that they dont "blossom" and oppose James and Charles in the future. Idk just a thought in my head lol
If James doesn't defeat KOC in the next chapter or two. Then. I think Jame would might want a rematch with KOC but he dies before that rematch , which might make James unsatisfied for not having a worthy opponent (like KOC). and that's why he Strats targeting the other kings .

I think he started fighting when he was very young thats why he said about experience gap also the yapping is maybe due to cockiness of adulthood coz Charles would never do that(thinking of his massive experience) also James who fought Taesoo ma 2nd time gave a totally different vibe, he mocked taesoo a bit but never yapped about himself, same goes when he fought J-High trio. I feel like what James is Saying is Threshold. I feel like he's saying like Mastery. Throughout the fight he said He has Technique and Speed threshold but I feel like he means Technique and Speed Mastery. When he said seungji has Thoughness I think it's Durability Mastery like Zack and Vin jin in previous fights. Plus Seungji has Power mastery which can Implied like Taesoo Ma and Vasco. just my thoughts if that what James Lee is Yaping about, the potential and power scaling in Lookism and way more clear than ever

Few things i take from this. Seongji has the potential of Jin mujin which means Gap level.
James said he heard even the 0 Gen fist bosses had trouble with the 2 brothers. Aka they aren’t fodder or hype, they are genuinely above the kings and still got destroyed by Seongji.
There is a vague new scaling system with thresholds.
Seongji is literally among the peak of the verse even if he wins or loses… these feats are enough to conclude this.
If mastery or threshold is same and my theory regarding mastery is true then seongji in current lookism is nowhere near peak in the verse even gongseob and jichang has 3 mastery like gongseob has durability, strength and speed
And jichang has techniques, strength and speed
Samuel in heat mode has durability, strength and probably techniques
Eli in animal instinct has speed , techniques and probably durability
Johan in ui mode has techniques, speed and probably strength
Jake in gapryoung mode has strength, durability and probably speed
Seokdu has strength and durability
Taesoma also has strength and durability maybe speed as well
Man it's great to see Seongji this powerful, I really want him to win and legit beat James. Thing is though, I don't trust that cliffhanger, PTJ did that type of cliffhanger so many times that I already kinda know James is going to get up in the next chap.

Because first of all we've seen them together before, in early lookism so there is no way Charles would be controlling both of the bodies, but yes it is accurate that Charles could have a second body because of his daughter but I don't think James Lee is that body. And last reason is because both of their goals are different. BUT James could be sabotaging workers and pretending to be on their side, after all both Charles and James can hide evidences, OR THEY COULD BE WORKING TOGETHER! When he's talking about threshholds, he means the stats that are so high in some area that in order to beat them you need to have passed at least one threshold. For example, the king of Suwon passed the threshold of power, so Eli and Samuel has to pass the thresholds of Technique and Toughness respectively to beat him. It's not stated for every character, but we know that Hudson passed the power threshold, Jake has passed some threshold, and Johan probably passed the technique threshold as well. James is basically saying that he has already passed two thresholds, those of technique and speed, and Seongji Yuk has passed the thresholds of power and toughness, so they both "have two". However, Seongji passes the speed threshold mid fight, making him the first character we've seen display 3 passed types of thresholds. I would venture to guess current James Lee has passed all thresholds, and Daniel likely passed the technique threshold, while Zack has the toughness, and Vasco probably has speed once he uses RH. Those are just guesses though. This is also the reasin James is faster than Big Daniel despite BD having a "perfect body", as BD hasn't passed the "speed threshold" most likely.

this flashback is 3 years prior the curreent story. James already defeated the kings since he's forming the 4 groups, Seongji was just living in the wild and didn't even hear about James, plus james is curretly 23-24, so against Seonji he's 19-20. Plus now we know people can have more than one mastery, James has speed and technique mastery, and Seongji has power, strenght and his newly awakened speed masteries

Here's why:
Basically, James Lee slaughtered the first gen and then immediately went into hiding, which is why the first gen could not find james anymore but he then reappeared in seoul with charles to form the four major crews to build a financial foundation for charles business. Furthermore, Charles in the current Cheonliang arc has managed to build a small business already, look at his attire and also his hair and compare it to the charles who sat in the room with Eugene, James etc.., indicating that it is an older James Lee, meaning post 1st gen James Lee and the reason the shaman and seongji did not know James Lee can be explained by remembering that cheonliang is basically a farmers town in which information doesnt easily pass in and out of the place. even james wasnt aware of the talent that was hidden in cheonliang.
