The original Nightwatch was great. It came out years ago so i don't remember a whole lot about it. I know they had a sequel, Daywatch.
Quickly followed by the hit tv show Baywatch
Oh, this is based on the Dutch Night Watch from 1994, not the Russian movie from 2004.

No it's based on the Danish film Nattevagten (Nightwatch) from 1994.
I remember the original film being a lot of low budget fun. Can't recall seeing Daywatch though.
