I'm looking for some led bulbs for my truck but the ones I have rn are way to bright and I get flashed at by others at night. I'm looking for something less bright
We’d be happy to help! Feel free to reach out to us at sales@headlightrevolution.com or give us a call at 218-755-5200, and we’ll find the perfect LED bulbs for your truck.
Unfortunately, neither of those will fit in the Alpharex housings, you would have to go with the CSP Mini or an HID kit for that headlight. Wish I had better news for you there!
Your other video using the same truck shows the sv4 beating the gtr2 in the high beam by roughly 500 lux. Wouldn't it be pretty clear that the sv4 is the "clear winner"?
I place an LED light in my 2016 F-150 XLT and they work great BUT I star to receiving “check engine light” signal constantly, I have to go back and install thee original. Is there some that I can install that not affect the check engine light? Thank
What are you confused about? From what I’ve seen their other video for 15-17 f150’s is an actual full replacement headlight housing, these are just bulbs that go inside your OEM housing. I have just the bulbs in my silverado and I’m very happy with them. Go with their recommendation for what throws the best beam and you’ll be all good, and not waste a bunch of money on ugly after market housings.
@@chevyon37s the link to the other video i was talkin about is.... ruclips.net/video/70EyEcJLvwk/видео.html What has me confused is actually the way they did the test and the numbers of their results.. On the other Video the had the truck for testing, so the had both headlights on .. should i assume that the final results of this video will be the double?? How can i compare if the conditions are not the same?? Until now i have on my Cart the CSP Mini for Low beams, and the morimotoXB for the FogLights, but im still undecided about the high beams..
Where's the 9005 go? Bough a 9005 led. Will it replace my high or low beam??? I hope it replaces my high beam. I drive home from work every night (3;30am) with deer EVERWHERE.
In your other video on the 15 - 17 F-150 ruclips.net/video/70EyEcJLvwk/видео.html , you recommended the SV.4 for the high beam. Do you now recommend the GTR lighting ultra 2 instead?
The Ultra 2 is brighter, newer and has a better warranty. The SV4 is still a really great bulb that is slightly more affordable. You can’t go wrong with either one.
Hey there, thanks for commenting! That should definitely not be happening, we would have you confirm it is the bulb by swapping the dim bbulb to the other side, and then we would be able to have you disable that bulb and send you a new one! Shoot us an email when you are ready to get that bulb replaced! Sales@HeadlightRevolution.com
No worries! You never mentioned the turn signals, so I did not bring them up to save confusion! Basically, if you have a bulb that blinks with the turn signal, that will require a resistor for them to not hyperflash! That means that all other bulbs such as headlights or reverse lights are not going to need any extra resistors or anything like that for the install!
These bulbs will not fit, unfortunately. The best LED bulbs that we have found for the Anzo headlights are the Morimoto 2Stroke 2.0 bulbs. headlightrevolution.com/led-headlight-bulbs/morimoto-2stroke-2-0-led-headlight-bulbs/
When I try to order these for my 2017 F-150 from the HR Website, I get the "Required Street Use Compliance Agreement" popup and if I choose "Vehicles with License Plates", I cannot continue with the purchase. How can you say these are the recommended replacement bulbs?
For LED bulbs, the S-V.4 bulbs are the best ones that we've found. If you're wanting to change out the entire housing, then the Morimoto XB fog lights. headlightrevolution.com/compare/3858/3942
Thank you for testing so I know what to expect. I got lucky on my other car after looking at several videos and forums.
Not problem, thanks for watching!
Did you test the Cree led. They include an extra deep dust cover. Their low beam really does not fit but they say it does.
We didn't test them in this round!
I know it’s very timing consuming and taxing. But I would’ve liked to see a video like this for all the other top LED bulbs you’ve recommended
Also I went with Diode Dynamics SL-1 high/low bulbs and SS3 pro SAE fog lights
Maybe at some point we can try that out!

Hi which best bulb light ford ford f150 gtr or diode dynamics
GTR for sure!
How does the GTR ULTRA 2 stack up against the stock LED high beam bulb supplied by Ford on my King Ranch, brighter/dimmer, beam shape? TNX
Will the GTR ULTRA 2 or the S.V4 fit in Alpharex pro series headlights ? Either low or the high beam ? If yes, then i will be ordering them.

Excellent video. Thanks!
No problem!
Do consider doing an upgrade on Ford Ecosport both Low and High Beams. Thank you
We will see what we can do! In the meantime, Send us an email to Sales@HeadlightRevolution.com and we can get you exactly what you need for your Ford.
Do you know a buld that fits and it's around 5000 kelvin, I don't want a very cold light
Most LEDs are rated at 6,000K, however you may like the Morimoto 2stroke 4.0 LEDs as they're rated at 5,500K.
@@HeadlightRevolution thank you so much for your attention 🫂
What's your thought on the factory halogen headlight assembly being vented and LEDs not generating enough heat to clear 'moisture' from housing?
Haven't seen this issue with our bulbs!

Depends on the housings!
@@HeadlightRevolution 2017 f150 which was in both videos/comparisons. Apples to apples
The low beam also acts as the DRL on my f150. How does that impact using the gtr mini for the low beam?
You would need a PWM. Shoot us an email and we can give you all the information you need.

Do you have the factory LED headlights?
@@HeadlightRevolution yes, mine doesn't have rubber cover

Have you guys tested and reviewed "LASFIT" LED bulbs?
Not yet!
why not use the csp mini on high as well as low?
This is an older video, it wasn't out in that size then.
I live in Oregon. Does gtr lighting csp mini legal in Oregon?
Check with your state law enforcement!
Fog lights??
Hey Michael, check these out!

Is the color matchup on these 2 suggested bulbs close? Noticeably different? I have the CSP lows, ready to order high beams now. Thanks
They don't match 100% , but they are very close. I'm really picky about the lights matching as close as possible, and it doesn't bother me one bit!
Will installing the minis or any of these LEDs in the fog, high beam, and low beam cause hyper flash and how can we fix this if it does cause it
None of those will require you to install any extra modules to prevent any flashing of the bulbs! They are good to go in that vehicle!
@@HeadlightRevolution so they won't need resistors in the 2017 F150 so the blinkers don't do the hyper flash? Sorry I'm new to this

What size tires? Lol
No clue! sorry!
Why do you guys only test bulbs on trucks and suvs ? People do have cars man ! Be fair
Because truck and SUV people complain more about lighting and are more likely need it. Maybe you could start a channel and test led bulbs in cars?
We do mostly trucks and SUVs right now but we can certainly help you out with your car projects too.
