- In Vienna they both broke the national 400m record in a matter of minutes. After that Femke Bol and Lieke Klaver went even faster. They tell about their indoor season so far and make plans for the European Championship in Torun, Poland. Coaches Laurent Meuwly en Bram Peters give an indication of their expactations.

@Malazan Large muscles have little to do with how fast you are, some of the World's greatest sprinters were not so muscular.
Lieke is gebouwd als een 100m sprintster, knap dat ze nog zo snel is op de 400.
