  • Back up on my feet after 6 months recovering from surgery, I thought it was time to take a look at the Lone Rider Tent and offer you my first impressions. Hopefully I will using the tent in the real world in the coming weeks and I will be posting a part 2 to this review to update you on how it performs.

Ground sheets are more like a napkin😂
Sorry to hear you have been struggling. How will that affect future riding?

Thanks for checking out the review. I'm not too bad riding now. I have to be very careful to try and stop the bike on a flat surface as any sort of an adverse camber causes me a lot of pain trying to hold the bike up. Long days on the bike are also a bit of a problem, pain in my knees, back and hands but it's manageable. As for the ground sheets, since using the tent I've changed my view. Having the gap around the sides of the ground sheet is very useful. When you have wet or muddy boots, it means you can still enter the tent without getting the sheet dirty and you also have somewhere to put hot pots if cooking inside. I have a part 2 review coming soon. Thank you for your concern about my health. Ride safe buddy 🙏
