I have lost around 5 and a half stone. I have lost facial fat and therefore volume. I had big cheeks and now they are deflated and I look tired. I’m wondering if fillers would help this as I’m only 47 … not really wanting to go down the facelift route yet .

Fillers are great as long as you don't get it over done. Never get permanent fillers.
