    I think it’s rock solid in appearance. I would leave it alone. Cheers!

    Try lightly dry brushing some light tan or off-white, brushing down. Think highlights of sun hitting to exposed edges of the rocks. Makes a big difference and really finishes off the scene

    You could add a little white dry brushing the tips of the rocks as I've seen many people do

      I may go back and try to do just that. I may also add a little gloss coat to it to get a little sheen on the rock faces.

    Very credible. I like the crevaces / nook and crannies.

    Your colors look great. As for the crack in the abutment you could always hang some vines over it to make it disappear.

      Yeah I'll use something to hide them.

    I kind of questioned your use of small chunks of rock at first, but it looks great now. Guess I need to get some more small molds like you used. Just stick some weeds in the cracks in your bridge abutments. In my travels in Colorado & Wyoming I see great variety of colors in the same rocky cliffs; grey, rusty, yellow, vivid reds sometimes close together.

      With some creativity, you can get pretty much any rock molds to work I think. Will the results be satisfying? who knows haha.

    Looks great. I have also used a bit of white wash to add a bit of highlights to my mountains. Otherwise your process is the same as mine. If I don't get the highlights quite the way I like them, I will run some sandpaper across the highest out points of the mountain to get some of my highlights to show through again. Keep up the great work

    Nice! How did you build it? Is it plaster of Paris over wire or something?I wonder how heavy it is

    • @nscaler454
      @nscaler454  5 месяцев назад

      Plaster of Paris yes. You can see the plaster part in another video. It isn't too heavy.
