Wow, I'm embarrassed to admit that I would have never guessed that he is so gentle, so appreciative of the simple things, so philosophical, etc. I have to remind myself that actors are just playing a role and they are, in most cases, very different than the character that they portrait.
Get his book. You won't be disappointed.
Heard this interview a few months ago. He’s very in tune with himself, his world around him and is aware of consciousness through many spiritual teachings
*This present moment is all we really have, the presence of past and future only gives us anxiety and takes us away from what we have in front of us. We are blessed every day in the same magnitude, we have a new opportunity to become a greater version of ourselves*
Keep memories from the past. Cherish the present. Get ready for future 😊
Erika thanks for sharing ur lovely thoughts.
I could not agree with you more Erika!
well said Erika
I just love Kunal! I'm almost done reading his book, and it's been hard to put down. Such a lovely, honest, sometimes heart-rending, emotional, and entertaining book. This is the kind of person you would comfortable hanging out with - and because I love many things about India, it would be an educational experience. Loved him as Rajesh and I sure hope to be seeing him more of him. I wish him much luck, the best of health, and lots of happiness. Thank you for making a difference in my life!
“The limited perspective will never understand of what it means to be infinite.” This has got to be one of the greatest talks I’ve ever heard 👌
This has been a big problem with me, being obssessed about my future. I can only remember eckhart tolle for now to focus on the present as your present wil decide your future. Thanks Jay for inspiring us
I love Nayyar's simplistic attitude of who he is and view of life without resistance.
This is by far the most insightful podcast that I've ever heard and it answered all the questions I've ever had!!!!♥️♥️♥️
Thank you Jay for On purpose
Kunal is so wise. Thought-provoking interview. 🌹
Its amazing and so funny that no matter where you live in the world, the traits of Indian people are so similar. 🇿🇦
This gentleman is so peaceful and calm. Loved this conversation. Thank you both 🙌🏾
2nd episode I've watched twice. I'm fascinated by this guy. Super insightful.
I cried. This is just telling me the whole thing that i struggled with everyday.
August Wu me too I cried n felt good
August Wu -- I'm always, internally, so frightened that something will get me if I let go and trust that the future can be rosy!
What a profound and beautiful conversation. Loved what Kunal said about how we don't need to be scrubbed clean of all that we're grappling with inside our minds in order to be OK and to be happy and to thrive. Such a great reminder.
For the first time i heard someone say, at 43:40 'some guy or a girl looked at the moon and sent a rocket ship'
That's beautiful, thanks. Being a girl i feel included and very happy
Got to see a new side of Kunal!!His journey is truly inspiring and his mind is brilliant! Please make a part 2
"I think my house was on fire and there was nowhere else to go", wow. @19:45
Thank you Josh, all good... thank you
@Mike, yes! Wasn't that so profound? :)
Loved this! So calming, and peaceful and funny!
"...being spiritual is being who you are...everyone has it, everyone has intuition. Everyone has instinct. Just stop trying to have it. You already have it. Believe. I mean you can't kind of believe and kind of not believe. Today you do one thing, just believe. Believe you are incredible actually. Believe it. Why waste one second in a small narrow perception anymore. You are universally infinite. Believe it. It's right in front of you. You are already that, you are perfect and loving and peaceful. And you are also crazy, and loud and angry. It's okay!" ~ Kunal Nayyar
Loved that soo much. Thank you Kunal and Jay
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. Creating good habits has been vital for me while I have been starting my channel. It becomes so much easier to do the everyday tasks when they have become habitual.
This was truly an inspirational conversation. It was so great to get to know Kunal better.
People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing. This is why I started my channel. It's far easier to be motivated when you are doing something you enjoy.

well done! a lot of people hate their jobs. But those who truly enjoy their jobs will do well in them. Congrats on starting you channel from motivation!
I’m going to have to watch this again. So surprisingly insightful!
As I am listening to Kunal, I am tearing up in familiar recognition and oneness. Am falling in love with you, Kunal💕

When something bad happens-- old tapes start playing in your mind--u get pissed of from that--then another tape then another......... So relatable 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I really enjoyed listening to this!! Kunal spoke about things in such a simple way that's easy to understand without feeling overwhelmed 👍🏾
Wow, powerful words on anxiety. He articulates it well and its inspiring how he pulled himself out of it.
This episode has resonated so deeply, I can relate with so much of Nayyar's journey! Great questions Jay.

I must have gone through this podcast more than 20 times in past 6 months. I still believe this podcast has a lot of learnings to take back in life. Thank you so much Jay and Kunal for this masterpiece of episode. I think I am now in great position because I literally tried few things in real life after learning it from this episode.
Loads of respect for both of you.
WOW, one of my favorite interviews. I love how liberating this reminder is that SIMPLICITY is power. We have the freedom to love different things, the material and the spiritual. Just do what you want. Really love that.
Just loved the whole conversation... Thank you for recording for us.
*Be simple, be happy - live simply now*

Wow! Kunal you have become such enlightened 😇 Loved everything you had say!
Such a great insightful conversation- “don’t let your mind use you”. So good. Thanks for this. 🙏🏾
Thank you very much for such organic thoughtful inspiring talk. I like how you both simplified deep concepts and make it understandable.
Jay: This is not koffee with karan😂😂
I really appreciate when you share books and resources. I ordered think like a monk and I’m looking to order The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer this week!
Much love. Thank you both. Jay, I feel you man! And your message, your workmanship, I respect it all.
I loved every word and every sentence about this conversation. And yes, you do need A part 2 & 3 :)

😂
@@user-zr4qs7wl8d Mind your own business. We can all express our opinions, just like your worthless one.
Thank you both for this video/interview. Thank you for explaining what it means to live a full life. A guidance I have been seeking lately. Inner joy; inner choice. The how.
Thanks to both of you! That conversation really brought up important deep things, which I think can be so helpful! 🥰🥰👌🏻
Plz watch his podcast with mayim.. Highly recommended even deeper and peaceful 😌😌😌
Yesss, I loved that one
Profound - two tapes running - resistance to what is, acceptance of what is (happy or sad). No buts, just be! So many more. Thank You, great discussion.

Love Kunal Nayyar! Such a class act, thank you for sharing 🙏❤️☀️🐛🦋🌎🌿💫
The way he explains things is fantastic! Simple but makes so much sense.
Soooo many great points that were poetically said. I also needed to hear about the drinking aspect and running away from Self.
Seeing this with high anxiety and start of a panic, feels good as the video is progressing. This is just what i wanted!!
This was phenomenal incredible, you made me connected, to be present and experience every word.
Loved this Kunal and Jay.Thank u soo much
This is one of the most profound and amazing interview I have seen. I always struggled between balancing "spiritual" and "materialistic," and this just clarified that to live life in its TOTALITY is truly spiritual. "There is a buddha in me and tiger in me too."
"Thank you!! Please do part 2 and part 3..lol
Thanks for bringing Kunal. This conversation was simply powerful n deep. It cleared a lot of mess within. I wish to have you here in India sometime. Love u Jay!!
Waw, he is sooo deep. So glad I got to know a glimpse of him beyond Raj :)
I am speechless!!! I can"t say anything but THIS IS AN AMAZING VIDEO... I DIDN'T WANT THIS TO END...
You should have put his name in the title, just being a bbt actor doesnt do him justice. ☝🏼 Other than that I liked your video as always
Jay Shetty and Kunnal Nayyar, thank you so much!😇
I loved this to the core. I can relate a lot to myself. Had a really bad week. I was able to pick up the reality and move on after watching this. Even if certain instances are hard to face in life, I think we should accept the situation and feel it to the core to over come it.
*Can you guys please do a part 2 together* *Something similar to this plssssss 😍😍😍😍*
What a beautiful interview. Thank you so much 😊
This is the greatest interview ever!
A beautiful conversation. One thing though... enlightenment isn’t like a college degree. One can have moments of being enlightened, then it shifts. We’re spiritual beings having a human experience and we’re meant to experience contrast in order to grow & expand.
loved it . the depth of knowledge and awareness he has about life is amazing
Love love love this interview! Both of them are just so inspirational.
One of my favorite episodes. Thank you for sharing! 🙏
Minute 25 of this is the FIRST time I have understood how to actively control ego. THANK YOU!!! TEARS. xxx

Absolutely right...people will lesser brain activity are usually more happy because they don't know and they DONT KNOW THAT THEY DONT KNOW....blissfully ignorant
