I am so grateful for this episode, I cannot. He is so insightful I thought he was not smart after watching him on Ellen when she asked him all the science related questions but now I know his art is as strong as his philosophy ... Kunal is aware awakened articulate :)
I found all these things as well Kunal, by my late 40s..took many years and hard experiences even being misled and deceiving myself over and over while looking for the answers outside and from others who turned out to be as lost as me!
I also relate to the large family/ community that Kunal talked about at the beginning of the interview, this is how I grew up as well (in South Africa, Durban). All the houses in my street were essentially home because people were soo warm and welcoming.
Not accepting now and Resistance of surrendering we have it in my Faith as being essential freedom of Surrendering... Contentment... Intention.... Its Facinating to recognise it as being universal truths... Refreshing Reflections.. Emotional health Healing 💜

What a truly wonderful interview easy to understand subjects that we as human struggle with all the time. In the end the only relationship you will ever have is with you and your inner being all the rest temporary at best. In the last year all of humanity has had a Great Awakening didn't matter if you had money or not you still had to sit with yourself. I am a spiritual being having a human experience has never been so true

Reminded of the idea of Bhakti I interepreted while making my own navigations. Bhakti can be interpreted not as blind faith but also a complete surrender and forgiving yourself.

Its all just tells us a bit about who we are and we go in stumbling about anyway but at least we can get used to stumbling and next time we find a green windy field with tall wold grasses we could stay a while longer coz we know we like it
