  • Mayim's reunion with Big Bang Theory co-star explores Kunal Nayyar's childhood and path to becoming an actor - including getting punched in the face by Mark Harmon on NCIS. While Kunal is known for his acting, his Instagram account Buddha in Jeans shares deep spiritual wisdom which Kunal brings with him to this episode. He discusses the importance of seeing past perception and shares how his experiences of anxiety and debilitating panic attacks led him to hypnotherapy and a modern day path of self-discovery.

Most meaningful conversation thus far in my opinion: “Is not about good thoughts or bad thoughts, but who’s listening.” I’m so happy I stopped to watch this and to get to know Mr. Nayyar better. What an extraordinary human being he is. I knew nothing whatsoever about him as a person. This was a great and inspiring introduction. Bravo!

I opened notes on my phone as I was listening and started jotting down some of the things Kunal was saying. The one that has been stuck in my head since then is “You can’t run from yourself anymore, then you have a meeting with yourself and you decide.” I realized during quarantine that I’ve been running for years and something needs to change. I’m working through those details, but I’m getting there. I enjoy the way your podcast gets me thinking each week.

This was so thought-provoking. I particularly loved it when he was talking about how people let the circumstances that they were born into define them. It's a complex relationship because they can be important components of who we become and that connection can be very positive, but at the same time, we often use them as an excuse to limit ourselves. Kunal said that it's a cage we enjoy being in and I find that very true.

Mayim, this podcast is outstanding. Cheyenne and Kunal, sharing their struggles and their journey to betterment shines a bright light into helping these situations. The panic attacks that happen in the car are the worst. Having to pull over. I have to get out of the car. Shaking, crying, hyperventilating. Its worse when the children are in the car. My job as a parent is to keep them safe. You lose that during an attack.

It's happening just as I said it would...the healing phase of being "scared to death " is pneumonia, aka "flu". So as people are released from the solitary confinement of their homes (because of media and government lies based on the fraudulent Germ Theory), and people begin to get happy and feel less stressed, the result will be the healing phase....of pneumonia. The fear campaign has caused ALL the illnesses, not a Boogey Virus.
Every disease is based on the Germ Theory, which was the theory of ONE man over 100 years ago. It was never proven to be 100% valid, and has not even been QUESTIONED again. Why? In order for a theory to be valid, it must be reproduceable in each and every person 100% of the time. Every single person exposed to a "virus" MUST get sick from it 100% of the time, over and over again. It's how you PROVE a theory is valid. This was never done. Scientists used to think witches and witchcraft were valid!! Educated people?? hahaha!! If you cannot "catch" cancer, arthritis or diabetes from another person, then you cannot "catch" a cold or flu. There is no such thing that only SOME diseases are communicable, but not all. It's either all or none of them...they are all based on the same Germ Theory. If you can't "catch" someone's lung cancer, you can't "catch" their colds or flu. Upsetting and distressing events in a person's life is what cause ALL cancer and cancer-equivalent disease, cold, flu, pneumonia, bronchitis, etc. The cause of death in Small Pox was PNEUMONIA, not acne lesions. The only people who “caught” Small Pox were the ones who were attacking each other..Indians and Militia....people who feared and were attacked by each other. A massive fear campaign will CAUSE people to be "worried sick", but sickness doesn't happen until people resolve their fears. Why do you think kids get sick in October? Because their fear of going back to school and being upset about it finally dissolves, and they get back into their routines. What the media and government is doing to people is criminal. Western Medicine is pure fraud. I can't be the only person in this disgustingly brainwashed world who knows about German New Medicine.

Not just the look. and the accent, its the tone and quite confidence in his voice. I also agree, I could listen to him all day long....so well thought out and explains things so well.

So Mayim, that experience you are feeling when hearing Kunal's voice where you say it "brings me into the presece" is a valid spiritual experience called Satsang. It is when the person's focus allows you to become the truth speaking. Many Indian devotional groups exercise Satsang, it's like Service in Talking.
This episode is so cool. Oh Call out is for Calgary, AB (specifically the trendy area called Kensington)

I’ve never ever heard anyone talk about fear of driving before - I had that come upon me out of nowhere 3 years ago... then I was stuck in an elevator for 20 minutes after a doctor’s appointment... it’s difficult to be mindful sometimes

This episode was so helpful for me. I’m always saying how difficult it is to be struggling (physically, emotionally or both) when you are trying to look okay on the outside. Getting in touch with what’s happening inside, with your true self, is key. How each of us gets there will be unique to our individual circumstances. It’s also wonderful to see Kunal, and to know that he is finding his own way to self. Thank you for sharing this conversation. 🤗❤️😊

Kunal, you should definitely consider sharing your philosophies and understandings with the world on a greater scale. It might not be the most popular idea, yet, but there's a huge need and demand for it in the world. I loved all of this. Thank you, all three of you, for the amazing awareness you are spreading. We all need more of it as inspiration and tools on our own journeys.

This was a REALLY GREAT episode! So worth keeping and REWATCHING!! Kunal was very wise! I’m so glad he came on and TALKED about his way of living, learning, self digesting what HE’S LEARNED! If I wasn’t a fan of his character (cuz I was and still am a huge fan of Big Bang Theory! I knew people who were JUST LIKE ALL THE CHARACTERS!), I am now!!

Right, anxiety bout future becomes addictive, my family copes with a plethora of issues n I have always been the cheerleader, but I am also bipolar n I agree. I decided to not take mood stabilizers cuz numbs my creativity BUT I have done TONS of ongoing inner peace practices and guided meditations to Focus on the Present. Thx for sharing your panic attacks, Mayim n Kunal. I often wonder if the world's imbalance is causing this intuitive/mental imbalance in us. We are finally talking about the HUGE mental illness issues in the Western world.... LOVE you guys for sharing!!! Bless yall 🙏

It feels like sorority listening to you and him, I am not impressed about the fact he is aware of panick attacks, because I think a lot of people struggles with it and say it almost never because of the shame, the interesting part is realizing we all have different triggers, for me was putting myself in situations of extreme stress where I was not myself and had to endure a lot of dark circumstances, since I started meditating every single day all of that vanished, it is amazing, a year ago I was still struggling and now, thanks to all of this changes due to the pandemic circumstances I have finally heal❤ thanks for sharing this, much love

Totally agree with Kunal, for a long time I was miserable and riddled with panic disorder. After awakening I went through painstaking process. Thank you Kunal for stepping up as a lightworker; there are many of us out here. That reach out and do this with out asking a dime for any of it. So those who can't afford stepping into the mindful life we are out here for you. Many Blessings Mea 🙏💜
