This is the best video I can find about installing this. Thank you for being straight forward without all the useless box opening. I installed mine while watching. I just need one ball mount to install the tablet holder I ordered. I love the setup! ❤️
Thanks! Sometimes it’s a toss up of how much is too much and how little is too little. Glad this one hit the sweet spot for you! The tablet mount is super useful when working on the road.
I've got a new video in the works that has my latest generation setup in there from Bulletpoint and how I use it. Stay tuned! If you shop online with them, you can use code DRIVINGEVEREST to save 10% on your setup.
I’ve got a GPS 6” wide, but their website says the max width is 4” wide. Can I mount the gps vertically and then simply rotate clockwise? In other words, can you rotate your phone clockwise? Thanks
Yes, you can rotate any of the mounting options on the Bulletpoint system because they use ball heads. I’ve turned the phone mount horizontal to watch videos while riding shotgun before I added the tablet mount for the passenger. Another option is to use the magnetic mount which gives you an adhesive plate you stick on the back of your GPS and then mounts to a magnetic base on an arm. I’ll do a new video of my updated setup that includes various mounts and how I’ve configured it.
@@DrivingEverest I have everything else I like the base it's more efficient for me. On the sight it gives u a option for the base for 29.99 just making sure
@@DrivingEverest yea if you got to the package and go down to the drop down you can pick just the base, might wanna double check incase I'm seeing something wrong but that's what I get

I didn’t know they were at Jeep Beach until I saw one of your videos. I’d have definitely bought that set up.

Excellent video! Looks like a very nice setup!
It is! I’ve got some additional mounts on there now as I’m dialing in the perfect setup!

Can you just buy the part that goes in the cubby, the base by itself
The base comes with 2 AMPS mounts, a phone mount, and a GoPro mount. It’s not currently sold as a standalone base. what would you attach to it?

I stand corrected then! I didn’t know the base was available standalone. I love that they offer it like that.
