Steven! Don't worry - I'm only arguing that's it helpful to know Office Script. OS is an order of magnitude lower than VBA in terms of what you can do with it, mainly because it only works within one file, whereas VBA can go and work with any file on a desktop. Plenty of our customers are still working with desktop, VBA-driven applications, the functionality of which we can't easily replicate in the cloud. So, it's my view that VBA will be here for some time to come.

With one billion plus users, I think there are quite enough Excel-based problems for all of the tools to have a place ...
