      Yes, the scanning speed is 8 times faster and the data's dense integrity is better.

    Do you have any suggestions for using the small objects setting? I've had success with the med/large setting like your using in this video but have yet to be able to make the small objects setting work.

      Actually object size setting has to do with "working distance". Usually the Medium-to-large mode working distance changes to range of 200-600mm. If you set the scanner to small, the working distance changes to 40-250mm, which is not a lot of room to scan. Also, if you switch to small object, you will notice the camera zoom in significantly, the object has to be small enough for the field of view of the scanner to pick up the data.
      From what I understand anything that fits in your palm or less than the size of a coke bottle is small. Below I provided an online article of that we made regarding working distance.
