Dr. Deuk, I'm losing all hope of ever being pain-free after watching a few of your videos. I will be calling your number tomorrow and canceling the S3 spinal injections currently scheduled for March 28, 2022. Long story short, I have been in pain since a 6-car pile-up March 1986, went through chiropractors for many years until the last one was honest enough to tell me that there is nothing more he can do for me and that I have a reverse arch in my neck. That was 25 years ago and my neck, back and hips have degraded such that I cannot walk to the end of our back yard! A recent MRI shows (1) numerous Tarlov Cysts throughout my spine and sacrum, (2) grade 1 anterolisthesis and retrolistheses, degenerative disc, diffuse disc bulge, mild and moderate canal stenosis, ligamentum flavum thickening, asymmetric left disc bulge, posterior annular fissure, moderate foraminal stenosis with encroachment of disc material on the existing left L5 nerve root, moderate facet arthrosis, as well as a few things I haven't mentioned. Am seeing world-renown TARLOV CYST specialist, Dr. Feigenbaum, who has referred me to first have two spinal injections at my sacrum to determine if my pain is being caused by the cysts. I'm terrified of following through with the injections AND the following surgery. Please help!

Tarlov cyst appears to be a consequence of arachnoiditis. Lots of Doctors misdiagnose arachnoiditis, because they simply don't know what it looks like on the MRI. This is an older post and you probably already had injections, but spinal injections would be the worst thing for you. Spinal injections are off label and the (FDA) has never approved corticosteroids for injection into the epidural space. A lot of people don't know that.

@@johnvaldivia4718 no sadly there is no neurosurgeon here in California , for me they only offers me fusion metal screws, and I don’t want that, I have so far searching for over a year and the best procedure for lumbar and cervical issues I’d done at Deuk spine institute in Florida, I already have a free mri review and I have diagnostic and estimate out of my pocket to pay before le surgery , also they live video stream the surgeries and you can ask any questions to doctor Deuk and he answers professional and accurate

At least hes honest..seems like..im sure hes on RUclips to educate and also get more patients for his practice as well..which is not bad as long as he does the right thing..i had a POS DOC eho took advantage of me liek a car salesman,alls i can say about him i wish him the absolute worst.. nothing came good out of my surgery and caused me to have health problems and more neck pain snd maybe bsck issues too..i have trouble swallowing certain foods snd have major sleep apnea and sleep paralysis which is from the fusion that i got..this creep dr lkeot calling me to see if i emated to get it done.mhe was very cocky and confident snd im the idiot who fell for his BS..maybe one day hell get his karma

@@10foxylady a couple Dr's actually ruined my life one was dr.BASARA LONG ISLAND SPINE AND THE MOST SEVERE WAS A DR DOING EPIDURAL INJECTIONS AND A ACUPUNCTURE PROCEDURES GONE WRONG....IM A MESS,NEVER HAD SEVERE ISSUES TO I GOT HEALTH INSURANCE TY

Can this work if I have my bones dislocated in my neck? I am told my upper vertebrae is out of place and hitting the brainstem, as well as a turned sphenoid bone in my face (my face has become disfigured from this where as one side is entirely lopsided and very noticeable) can you treatments help me or would you have to correct the bones dislocated in the skull and neck? I would definitely take a trip down to Florida to do an appointment if this is possible, I was told by a doctor I would need two surgeries, and the second would be the major spinal fusion. I am afraid to get the fusion after hearing horrific things about the complications after..
does your practice do fusions that may be required to relocate the bones to the right place and then some laser surgery? Or can the fusions be avoided all together and be corrected just by laser alone?

Ive never healed it’s been 14!months I’m bed ridden 75% of the time! I’m living on hydro 325-10
I’m scheduled for another surgery to remove Mobi c & fusion that was Done in 2 surgeries last November/Jan 2021 I now have failed neck surgeries plus no use of my left arm!!
