    Here is what I did and my c5-c7 were almost completely touching with arm weakness, tingling, headaches and 3 herniation's. 1. I stopped all irritating exercise like tennis and static stability holds and bought a saunders home traction unit off ebay. I started it at less than 10 lbs of force and did 2 minutes on and 1 minute off and worked up to 25 minutes 2x a day over the course of several weeks. 2. I then have continued to increase the pressure and tolerance until I was able to pump the unit to around 35-40lbs which gets at the lower discs. Higher pressures are needed to pull those discs apart and rehydrate them. 3. I continue now to increase the pressures until no more benefit is seen which took 2 months and now I am close to maintenance. 4. At 6 week mark I was able to place my hands behind my neck fingers overlaying each other and gently do 50 reps of flexon and extension in very short movements which creates a burning in the back and front of the neck and helps to heal the discs. I do this in the shower every day. 4. Don't let anyone tell you this is a death sentence.

    the burning pain in the leg is no joke, you can't sleep. I have been going 5 years with it.
    Mine started when I told my doctor I wanted to come off 30mg a day Methadone, been on it 7 years. My doctor begged the head man to put me back on it but they said it wasn't for nerve pain, he finally did 14 months later but the pain still won't go away. I have an appointment in October next month to see a spine doctor.

  • @jameslomenzo1139

    The burning pain going down the legs will not stop, I don't get one minute relief. It all started when my doctor said it would be good to stop the 30mg a day methadone I been taking for 7 years, I did and 5 years ago (2019) this burning pain came on me, I begged my doctor to put me back on it, she talked to the head man at the office and tried her best to get me back on it but he said it wasn't for nerve pain, so next visit 14 months he later he put me on two 5mg methadone a day, still the burning pain won't go away. I just wonder if the methadone was masking the pain and when it was stopped all this burning pain began. Next month I'm going to see a spinal doctor to try to get some help. This pain is horrible.

    When I was 16 and diagnosed with a curved Spine and Wedged vertebrae, which was revealed later to be called Scheurmann's Disease. If they had braced that as a teen instead of ignoring it, it may not have deteriorated to this point which added in my mid 20's with Osteophytes; early 30's, Disc Bulging. All that ignored and add Cervical Bilateral Neural Foraminal Stenosis at multi levels in later 30's. Issue still ignored, and add Lumbar Spinal Stenosis, a compression fracture, and many other Disc Bulges, 40 years old.
    Any recommendations?

    I need help. I'm in Illinois.I've had three surgeries. 2 diff level fusions. Had some hardware removed but the last surgeon used parts of my old hardware to complete the second fusion. My hips still hurt from the rods that used to be in them. I still have comic pain, suffer from Charlie horse every morning. My mid spine hurts 24/7 now. My Primary told me I had multiple herniations throughout the disks. She sent me to a neurosurgeon (which would have been my 3rd one) and he told me there was nothing with my spine but said he could take away all my pain with his spinal implant. Bragged that he did 11 in just the past week. I never went back to him because he lied to me. I KNOW my back still has herniations yet all he wanted to do was lie to my face and put in his electrical spine implant he pushed and pushed it. My own primary has not even bothered to contact me since. And I'm left to suffer day after day.

    My daughter had a Posterior decompression and Spinal fusion surgery L5-S1 for pars fracture (Grade 1lytic spondylolisthesis ) 8 months ago. Then first 2 months she was fine. But from then on her back pain and leg pain started again. Last month, the doctor re-examined her, ordered for x ray, MRI and said that there was nothing wrong with the operation. But despite the passage of eight months, her pain is not diminishing. The doctor advised her to cycle , dance, swim, lift weights and she has to do Surya Namaskar exercise 50 times a day. The doctor told that If these are followed, the pain will decrease, otherwise it will not decrease. But she is not going to be able to do these things because she is suffering so much for back and leg pain all day long. She is not able to stand and sit for long time. Is it permissible to cycling, dancing, weightlifting, jumping, swimming and 12 steps of surya namaskar everyday after 8 months of spinal fusion and decompression of child? She has severe pain till now although all X Ray and MRI reports are ok. I would be benefited if someone gave me advice in this situation.

    In this video, she claims he invented the surgery, and he’s the only surgeon in the United States doing it, that means this surgery is experimental, and we have no long-term studies to show the success rate of it, also, for new procedures, we don’t know the best way to do them. There is a trial and error with only one person doing it, and with minimal research being done this trial and error can be very dangerous, she kept saying do your own research which I agree with but part of that also means you need to ask yourself why am I afraid of traditional treatment?

    • @aradeukmedjian5957
      @aradeukmedjian5957 Год назад +1

      I was not aware you had the authority of the American Medical Association, and all medical societies worldwide to make the independent and isolated determination that "this surgery is experimental". Funny because most real scientists like the ones that pioneer advancements in medicine have a universally accepted definition of experimental surgery. This surgery does not meet the definition of experimental so just because you say it is experimental does not make it so for the rest of the world living outside your head. But if it helps you make your point or even if it makes you feel good about yourself, well then go ahead and believe you are right on that one.
