I freaking love how Amanda levels herself up or down as appropriate. Someone's a bit less confident and quiet? She meets them at their levels and draws them into their best self. On the bosses' best friends podcast? She rises and embodies the confidence of that friendship and doesn't duck back or bob her head or compromise herself, just goes all in and enjoys it. once worked at a food processing plant that made the jack in the box tacos and they're surprisingly made with very little processing, the tortillas are milled from whole corn kernels and baked within a minute, spat on with the meat mixture, folded, boxed and frozen within another minute. they'd probably be considered healthy if they weren't deep fried.
