“Academy Award Winner Jessica Chastain” it was a long time coming, and she was always incredible before, but it’s undeniably satisfying to finally see that on screen.
People who deserve it always have to work the hardest….idk why that is…Angelina Jolie barely played a roll and got one
@@coconutsciencegirl9232 U R kidding right?,,. Angelina Jolie unleashed a powerful performance in a movie full of powerful actors and dominated it. Alotta people still talk about her performance as one of the most defining portraits of mental illness in film history and more than deserving an Academy award. Get a new brain ffs before posting anything U have no clue about.
No for that movie though! That was the sad part of the other nominees who deserved it more on that year. She should've won for zero dark thirty. based on performance, not the year of who was most popular and sympathy vote
literally, my girl i love her so much
I don’t get why people love her in stuff, she’s so bland in most things she’s in
I am obsessed with this trailer, the way the beginning and ending tie together, the suddenly different context of their meeting "I hope you guys can hear me he is walking in right now". Gives me CHILLS
And the gasp at the very beginning
So good!
Yeah, there's almost no point in even watching the movie now. The trailer pretty much gave the whole gd story away.
100% on point!
it's just a Tiktok-like editing trick
That "Hey" at the 1st scene was so good!! Especially after the repeat at the end you realize the depth of Jessica Chastain's acting skills
@tonar wodi nice copy paste from a 1month old comment
@tonar wodi It's hard for me to imagine Eddie Redmayne in an antagonistic role. This trailer is intriguing, will definitely watch the movie!
Aw stop shes a decent actress but that doesn't indicate any depth
@@anthonytaylor7928 no it actually does. The way she said the "hi" was super expressive and subtle.
@@rebelraccoon9018 funny
As a nurse this breaks my heart. Losing a patient let alone knowing a nurse is doing this to them, it’s just so sick.
3rd or 4th leading cause of death = doctors/nurses
especially true in 2020-2021, probably went up to 2nd
whats sad as fk is the nurse with heart problem cant afford medical care
that about sums up amurica
Now I'm terrified of going to the hospital, THANKS MOVIES😦😧
It is really sick that the hospitals did nothing.
After 10's of thousands have been murdered by respirators and remdesivir to inflate "covid deaths" BY nurses and doctors following orders in the last 3 years, a single serial killer bumping off patients is the thing to upset you?
Please, don't take this movie personally. I know it hits hard when they portray a member of any professional community using their skills to harm people. But we, the wider population, know the effort and sacrifice the medics commit. The nurses do 80% of work, and it's usually them who takes care of us and helps us to cope with the problem mentally when we're at the hospital. God bless you and your colleagues.
This casting is on point, they're really about to show down. 💯

Out of all the horror movies I watched in October, I didn't expect this "non-horror" to be the scariest one. Jessica & Eddie are heavy hitters individually. They are an incredible duo in this.
Now I'm terrified of going to the hospital, THANKS MOVIES
As a nurse just remembering what the real guy did breaks my heart, it hurts us to lose a patient or see them declining & for him to do this purposefully is just sick.
Damn you’re beautiful
I know right😨 all those poor people 💔
This book has much more detail, it would’ve better fit a miniseries. It’s beyond maddening how they treated nurses who wanted to speak out but were prohibited. I’m sure it goes against every instinct that makes a nurse great at their job? Truly awful portrayal of our messed up healthcare system. We must value each employee, each patient above all
@@joygimbel7760 I was a whistleblower early in my nursing career. You'd be surprised and appalled at what lengths administrations will go to cover their facilities' reputation, regardless of patient suffering and/or criminal abuse and neglect. It's all about the money.
@@lenarae3845 I'm so sorry you experienced that. I can't imagine how you would even start to deal with something as horrific as what you did x
When I watched the first trailer of "The Danish Girl", I said to myself that Eddie looks like Jessica when he is dressed as Lili.
And now, these two together in a same movie bursts me with smile.
This movie is going to amaze me.

Eddie Redmayne and Jessica Chastain isn't a duo I've ever wanted.... but now i do. They are both some of the best actors of this generation

@@Shrek-pu8uu "set your mind on things above"
Says the one replying to a RUclips comment, and all you do is hate on hollywood.
Also what's wrong with looking up to actors
Eddie said that this is the role that reignited his passion for acting, which inspired him to take on the role of Emcee in Cabaret after (which he won an Olivier for), so I just know he's gonna nail this!
Getting typecast and suffering from franchise fatigue tends to do that. It is refreshing to see Eddie Redmayne play against type. He is too talented an actor to just play mumbling but lovable weirdos.
@@ChienaAvtzon I feel like so far only Newt Scamander where he gets so typecast a lot. Stephen Hawking was a refreshing role for him that earned him an Oscar. Yes Hawking was kinda of a weirdo like you say but the way Eddie depicts every single movement of Hawking especially in his wheelchair was surprisingly fantastic
@@Bjork4s Don't forget Tom Hayden in Chicago 7. I know his role wasn't big but it was still something different.
@@ChienaAvtzon The only kind of typecast I see in him is period films - he's like the male Kiera Knightley, lol.

The Netflix trailers studio honestly deserve more appreciation. I really enjoy these trailers, as they always leave you guessing without giving too much information away. Their work is always very nicely done and they never fail to amaze me with these trailers.
Couldn’t agree more
without giving too much information? bro i just saw the entire movie
true
But then the movies themselves are usually just really really mediocre & forgettable
Are you trolling? Because I just watched the movie's whole plot.
Believe me this two deserve more than an Oscar for this role. You really need to catch your breath not because of the scene but because how good they are as if you are really in the room.
It's hard for me to imagine Eddie Redmayne in an antagonistic role. This trailer is intriguing, will definitely watch the movie!

Finally, Netflix releasing some serious films just in time for stay-in season
They have this

Pretty sure they would release these type of films by the end of the year due to Oscar season
Jessica Chastain’s acting is on a different level-at the beginning of the trailer, I thought that her “hey” and the laugh kinda sounded fake to me and then they revealed the context of that scene at the end of the trailer, how she’s been bugged so the detectives can listen in to their conversation. Looking forward to this release! Both of their acting is something I’m eager to see!

Saw this at TIFF yesterday! I thought the director did a great job capturing the humanity in the story rather than amping up the melodrama. Just focused on how devastating the impact must have been on families who lost their loved ones to this monster. Recommend checking it out when it's out of Netflix! Unfortunately, this trailer gives out way too much.
Jessica Chastain AND Eddie Redmayne? YES.

You can never go wrong with *Eddie Redmayne* and *Jessica Chastain*
I read this book some years ago, they finally made it a movie, and with none other than Jessica Chastain and Eddie Redmayne. Nice!
Eddie and Jessica together in the psychological thriller! I am already in!!
Just saw this movie, and the reason why I think he kept killing patients was May be because his mother died due to the same carelessness of the doctor and none came to help him. In fact in one of the scene where Eddie Redmayne keeps staring at Ana Martinez is quite chilling. He says to Jessica that his mother passed away when he was a kid, and the hospital lost her body, and could not find until a couple of hours. And when found her, she was in complete mess, and half naked and not taken care off. He wanted to give dignity to the dead bodies. Also he kept killing and none of the hospitals stopped him from doing it. Hence the negligence towards patients kept happening, and all the hospitals cared for, was there business and reputation.
chastain truly knows what she's capable! 💯 can't wait to see her on big screens again!!
Scariest part about all this is how many hospitals noticed the death rates increase while he was there and decrease when he left and DID NOTHING about it? Medical industry protecting itself.
This movie is really good! The plot was really fast and clear, 10/10 really recommend this to all of you guys!
This looks GOOD. What a cast they are both insanely talented
*This looks epic! Jessica never disappoints.*
If so many hospitals covered this up just so they wouldn't get sued, like in the docu - movie I really feel sorry for the ones(souls) that made that decision. 🤦🏻♀️They could have stopped him at victim #2, 3 and so many patients would be alive today.
