And they seem to have got the central casting right with Chastain as the de facto protagonist/audience surrogate character and Hathaway in the tragic but apparently villainous role. Also, great to see another two-hander featuring great actresses facing off against one another, after May December. We need more of those types of movies.
I like Films with Multiple Female Leads. Let’s make this a Trend. However the Scripts need to be stronger. May December was a waste of their talents and this looks like a disappointment.

Theory: Jessica Chastain's kid may be the one who died and she is so deluded by grief and guilt she thinks Hathway's son is hers.
