I am just starting to use fresh ground wheat. So thankful i came across your videos. Watched your bread making and now this one. Do you have any on baking cookies or cakes with fresh ground?

Are you using hard wheat or soft wheat

Hi Rodna, I use hard wheat for bread baking. Soft wheat is usually used for pastries. I also usually use hard RED wheat as it has a nuttier flavor that I like. Hope that helps!
