Great looking ice maker. I bought one 2yrs ago and made the mistake of hooking it up in my garage. well the first year we must have had a mild summer because it worked just fine, but this summer I will only make ice at night and if it gets below 76F
Yeah this recommends installing indoors with climate control. Also it has to be cleaned fairly often, and the filter has to be changed periodically to keep it working at its peak performance

Thanks Rus. Some day would like to meet. I first started smoking meats with dried brown corn cobs from a CO-OP to smoke like hickory in 1968.
Why were the cobs brown?
@@ivandrago9140 The cobs are dried from having the corn extracted off of the cobs and are in a big pile by the grain elevator on the ground. To use for smoke we would soak them a little in water.

thank you for the review but I need the soft ice maker. I would love a review for one of those! Many years ago my dad had one the same size as this one but it made that perfect soft Sonic ice!

Do you have to keep flipping the ice flap to make more ice? Ours won’t if the flap is down and it never pops up on its own
This one pops up on its own as the ice melts and makes more ice. Fully automatic

Anyone on here know where the blue wire coming from the fan goes? Mine was wired wrong and I got it going except for blue wire in fan.
Hello. Is it possible to remove the white plastic panel which stay down when machine is full of ice, because in our water tank is some slime ang calk and vinegar does not remove it, so we want clean it out properly. Thanks for your answer
I'm not sure. Have never tried to remove it. I use a ice machine cleaner from Home Depot

The one my father bought doesn't seems to work water runs but not making the ice. Any ideas suggestions for this?

I actually installed this at my sons house and a few days ago he said it was still working fine. He hasn't had any issues at all. I would suggest trying to get in touch with Vevor and see what they may suggest. Hate to hear he is having issues with his.

No, I never notice heat coming from it

Yes, it will maintain a full bin. As ice melts, it makes more. You can also bag it up and put into a freezer if your needing to store a lot more ice.
ANY IDEA WHERE TO GET PARTS IF IT BREAKS?
I BOUGHT A 250 POUND CAPACITY NEW ONE 2 WEEKS AGO AND IT WONT MAKE ICE. THEY WONT SEND ME A REPLACEMENT AND DONT WANT TO GIVE A REFUND. THEY OFFERED 770.00 FOR ME TO KEEP IT BUT IF I CANT FIX IT IT WONT DO ME ANY GOOD?
Sorry, I can't help with any of your issues. This was a review video on the ice machine and my thoughts on it. You will have to deal with Vevor for any solution, but I can tell you that I have had 0 issues with our ice machine. It works very well. I hope you get it resolved.
I have a Vevor ice machine, but why do I have to keep putting water in the float area for the float to stay level? Otherwise it will freeze up and not dump ice and will start another cycle. Help.
I have no idea. This model is tied to a water line and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. It has been making ice daily ever since I shot this video without a hiccup.

No, it is designed for inside where you have climate control.

I just bought one and can't get it to harvest what number of thickness do you set yours on?
I have mine set to the hardest setting. The bin stays full

I have the Vevor that has a water container that is on the top for the water supply.
I have the same ice maker but it was wired wrong. The fan bhas two wires brown and blue. Where does the blue go?
I don’t know, never had to go into it. Call their customer support
@@SmokyRibsBBQ it was blowing fuse but I disconnected the fan and it can't see were the blue wire goes I did connect the brown .I just need to connect blue. I'm thinking it's common

How hard would that be on a well
No more than a faucet. It just lets water in as it needs it.
Does the ice stay frozen inside or does it melt???? Cause I’m having issues trying to find an ice maker that can keep the ice frozen inside without spending $1000+????
No it makes more ice as it melts away.

My connector is too small for my water faucet why???
You may have to pick up an adaptor. I don't use a water supply line. I use purified bottled water. The kit they included is meant to be tied into an existing water line, not the faucet

We buy 20 pound bags, and it's very close to $5. About half that for the smaller bags. Everything is expensive now days. Even frozen water LOL
