I've been through a lot in the past 2-3 years, a lot of really tough life-changing stuff, and I'm still struggling to establish stability and find my way in my life. I hope I'll be able to keep digging deep, I really hope I will. I hope I'll soon find water safe enough to drink. I hope the fire inside me is brighter than I think.

He writes how my brain functions when I’ve been alone or awake for too long. Weird and self aware to an uncomfortable extent but it’s a nice place to be at the same time

Not sure where, but this might help you find one... I might be wrong, but I think that hat is made from mushrooms. Similar to the ones Paul Stamets wears. There are a few blogs online with more info on them and the Michael Pollan book "how to change your mind" mentions them too. Hope that helps.
