水 120克(8大勺)
高筋麵粉 120克(1杯)
酵母 2克(1/2小勺)
麵團食譜:
種麵全部240克
水 260克(1杯+4大勺)
酵母 3克(3/4小勺)
高筋麵粉 360克(3杯)
鹽 8克(1+1/3小勺)
橄欖油 30克(2大勺)
(可以用食用油替代)
香腸粒 90克
玉米粒 90克
提前預熱烤箱15分鐘,220°C-230°C
烘烤:
220°C-230°C
20-25分鐘
Starter:
120g water (8 tablespoons)
High gluten flour 120g (1 cup)
Yeast 2 grams (1/2 teaspoon)
Dough recipe:
Starter 240g (all)
260g water (1 cup + 4 tablespoons)
Instant yeast 3g (3/4 tsp)
Bread flour 360g (3 cups)
8 grams of salt (1+1/3 tsp)
Olive oil 30g (2 tablespoons)
(Can be replaced with cooking oil)
Sausage 90g
Corn 90g
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes in advance, 220°C-230°C
bake:
220°C-230°C
20-25 minutes

看起來是生的,玉米還帶頭
玉米粒新鮮的可用熱水灼一下放涼後,用油炸的地瓜粒代替也可,反正喜歡什麼的放什麼,不放亦可,但不能含水量多的。
這樣的小事也要煩老師,老師闲著也要休息一下想想下一個食譜吧!
