yeah but they made them seem....respectable. lol in reality, Peni is the lowest on the totem pole in the streets. They are scared of all other gangs...they dont even really do anything on the streets other than...get high. They are all tweakers and hypes and if they arent in jail, they can be found in hotels in HB and Costa mesa likely with a pipe in their mouth or a needle in their arm. They are a non-factor on the streets....also they are all just rich kid dope addicts. Most of their OGs were from anaheim hills and fountain valley. They were the white kids that got punked by gangs and wanted their own thing. But they still get punked by gangs..which is why they stay in their lane in HB and Costa Mesa. lol
The only time they ever got into it with gangs that I know of was once in the news they tried to run up in these slater slums...and the Peni got beat down by paisas and had to be saved by the cops. Another time they went to the strawberry festival trippin...and their shot caller got KO'd...and peed on in front of everyone. Shot caller made them look way better than they are in real life. lol
Belive it or not this used to be called clovers in the mid seventy there were some cool homies back then I'm from varrio motown 1 mile toward the beach off Yorktown we had 5 lifted cars in 1973 motown started in 1968 we still get together my dad's club from the 50s in HB we're the spooks he was spook no.3
Lived on Ash back in 91 or 92….homies shot our windows out cause I guess they didn’t want some punk rock white kids in the block. We were only 14-15 in that apartment!!🤣🤣 Hey, bomb ass tacos out the trucks back then though!! Still love that neighborhood. Oso was my only true friend in there but man it was wild back then!!🤣🤣🤷♂️
Is lil sniper and dreamer still busted I was in the county with them when they lost there case they both got washed up and did dirty by 2 of there older homies I know new laws came into play recently
I have been thru that neighborhood so many times. I lived at beach & Garfield for 8 years. Shit there was wild too. I had many friends who lived on Queens, Keelson, Mandrell and some still reside there.
Im from santa ana/anaheim. I lived on beach and garfield for a year in 93....soft as baby poop. Nothin but wannabe nazis with white power tattoos....and mexican girlfriends. And when you confronted them and banged on them...they would apologize for their tattoos and cover them up. I lived there for a year when i was 17 and 18 in a complex full of nazis....and they kept their heads down and stayed quiet the whole time i was there. Cornballs.
2:04 we used to kick it right there and drink at that wall. when the cops showed up wed jump to the other side no way a car was getting to us it was a whole different side of the hood. 10:40 the homies see a car going down the alley instead of up we already know u an outsider.
Early 80's i lived at commodore circle apartments what happened to that place. I also went to perry elementary schools maybe someone hére knows of that place.
Carnal when you get the chance cruise through Pauline street In Anaheim porfas bro I’m very curious to see how the varrio looks these days I moved out over 20 years ago the mains cross streets are east and sycamore you do down sycamore passing the train tracks they also claim bush rose and pine across from Pauline on sycamore
This crazy this hood look ghetto af and for being in Huntington Beach I didn’t even see any gentrification most neighborhoods already getting gentrified
Thanks for doing the video. Glad you were able to check out that neighborhood. Blew my mind the first time I went there too. Never thought I’d see a community like that in HB.
i remember when everyone called them sesame streets because they woudlnt leave HB. Kinda easy to be a gang when you have no enemies and you never leave your hood. IJS. I do give them props for putting hands on some skinheads though.
Even in the movie "shot caller" they talked about HB and PENI
😂😂😂😂
