The opposition party is shaking the foundation of Korean democracy. Korean politicians lie and instigate politically without any hesitation. The National Assembly members, who have the highest power, are acting for their own benefit, not for the Korean citizen. We, Korean, are in trouble of serious dictatorship situation by National Assembly. It is really, so really, hardship. Some of Korean affordable are thinking to leave Korea for a foreign country, because of political incorrectness.
That is why the declaration of martial law to punish them was a very necessary action.
Holy sh!t this is just incredible
Stammer taking notes
Martial law has been lifted from the parliament vote. This has to be the quickest activation and deactivation of nartial law.
Why is he ordering martial law
Cause he wants Marshmal-laws
When he tried to fire his prosecutor friend or cut his overseas travel expenses, he mobilized the army and soldiers and citizens confronted him at night to protect lawmakers
Someone needs to give him the Shinzo Abe treatment.
😂
So basically speaking, one of the branches of power in South Korea is trying to destroy/subjugate the other one. Very democratic)
Toon Suk needs a mental evaluation, all leaders do. Most are not right in the head.
Politicians are crazy 💣
What the hell? Shit's getting crazier and crazier all over the world fr.

I thought I read North Korea but no it's South Korea!

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol backed down on his declaration of martial law but the tumultuous six hours recalled the country’s dark pre-democracy period. The declaration was opposed by the Democratic Party and some members of Yoon's People Power Party, and resulted in protests. Two hours later, on 4 Dec. despite attempts by security forces to prevent the vote, those MPs present in the National Assembly unanimously passed a motion to lift martial law 190-0. Yoon subsequently lifted martial law after a Cabinet meeting and the martial law command was disbanded. he has been mired in several corruption scandals this year - including one involving the First Lady accepting a Dior bag, and another around stock manipulation.
Just last month he was forced to issue an apology on national TV, saying he was setting up an office overseeing the First Lady's duties. But he rejected a wider investigation, which opposition parties had been calling for.
Then this week, the opposition proposed slashing a major government budget bill - which cannot be vetoed. At the same time, the opposition moved to impeach cabinet members and several top prosecutors including the head of the government's audit agency for failing to investigate Yoon's First Lady.
The french government did it yesterday or two days ago to pass their law and now South Korea, which country next?
Philippines . President and vice president are not in good terms
Somali is next
Already lifted. Troops withdrawing from Assembly
Mr.Clark is as bright as a blackout, his commentary on the war in Ukraine was embarrassing and this is no better.
So shameful. Speechless moment in Korea.
I genuinely thought martial law meant the ppl would do martial arts

This is precisely the reason why President Yoon Suk-yeol of South Korea declared martial law.
North Korean dissidents probably confused what to do
South Korea seems to be getting crazier
Pray for South Korea 🙏
May i ask what really happend
@@ikramrahma1884 I heard the news that martial law has been declared in South Korea at the moment.
ironic people from the UK talking about govt overreach LMAO
So South Korea not much different than the North??
The martial law was lifted in three hours as lawmakers voted in favor of lifting martial law in the National Assembly. There was not a single no vote.
Unlike North Korea, south koreans are protesting in street of seoul. And the National Assembly just passed a resolution calling for martial law to be lifted. Of course, whether President Yoon will accept it is a another problem.
@@안녕-i3v Then Yoon Suk Yeol needs to go.
Wtf ?!? This is absolutely moronic
What about the Korean dramas, I am waiting for the next episode of at least 6 series 😢
He got blindsided, Yoon’s EMPTY thoughts of Martial Law would make him UNTOUCHABLE 😂South Korean’s are not that naïve anymore. I love ❤️ South Korea!

something is very wrong.
Tensions also in China and Philippines smh

Sadly, it's down to US influence in the Peninsula. Seoul needs to tell the US to close up and go home. Wherever the US goes, they leave nothing but chaos and disorder. So long as the US has a presence in the Peninsula, there will never be stability or reunification for that matter, only tension and instability....Great for the arms companies, not for the Korean people.
Stupidity
"Wherever the US goes, they leave nothing but chaos and disorder" Please, not be a stupid anti-american guy who says US is the evil everywhere, Russia and Iran do the same things wherever they go
yes Yes, Koreans need the United States to be the colonizer in the new era. When the U.S. government intervenes in internal affairs and stationed troops, South Korea has no say. Only Koreans can stand up against oppression and the bottomless exploitation of South Korea by the United States. This dude is the dumbest expert I have ever known. He repeats verbatim what the South Korean government. He was wrong about the Kursk invasion, wrong about the war in Ukraine and he’s wrong about the South Korean opposition. How many times does a subject matter expert have to be wrong before he’s questioned on sky news?
