My mom has been wearing eau du soir for as long as I can remember. She hadn’t had a bottle for almost 2 years so I purchased her the 100 ml for her birthday / Mother’s Day and it had quite the hefty price tag. I’m glad I did though because every time I smell it on her I can still remember her coming home from holiday parties while I waited up at night for her and my dad to get home. My dad would drive the babysitter home and I would go and hug my mom and she smelled like eau du soir and champagne. Love it

I love Dior Addict! I get so many compliments from it. Also the Louis Vuitton fragrances like Matiere Noire (dark matter) castes a spell on complete strangers! It’s like a more refined, softer, Mugler Angel. Very bewitching. I find the LV fragrances more appealing to those around me than the Dior Privee line. Valentino Donna smells like a woman in a Chanel suit doing lunch at the country club. The original Chanel #5 was worn for three generations of women in my family. It was thee classic, elegant fragrance. Sadly it has changed now.

I found an original vintage Dior Addict in my sisters collection! It’s so beautiful the vanilla smells so hypnotic and authentic, if I recall correctly Dior was still using real vanilla at that time. I don’t appreciate it like I should tho because I prefer lighter scents. I’m hoping to rehome it to someone who’ll appreciate it and knows how hard it is to find a vintage Dior Addict. There’s also a vintage Midnight Poison! ❤️

Out of the fdb list I have two out of three in my collection so I must be doing something right lol. Fragrance du Bois does smell expensive! I have Oud Jaune Intense, Sahraa Oud, Oud Rose Intense, and New York Fifth Avenue. Santal Complet is on my list to add to my fragrance collection. I’ve smelled Oud Violet intense and it’s pretty but idk if I’d buy a fb personally. Sahraa Oud smells expensive on both men and women. I was surprised it didn’t make your list. It makes me feel like I have oil money when I wear it 😍

I definitely agree the first two... I love them! Narcotic Venus doesn't have gardenia in it, though. It has tuberose, jasmine, lily and spices.

I totally agree with DR a more… I purchased at once and that was the first thing I thought! The smells like a rich girl!… I sold it because I thought I could find out exact fragrance with some vanilla in it… But I never did so… It just took this video to help me re-purchase it LOL… I love that scent! … Along with French kiss! No one ever talks about that fragrance and that fragrance is a freaking gem!

I woke up smelling great this morning and remembered I had sprayed Noir de Noir all over me last night. Deep earthy truffle, chocolate, patchouli. Wish it had more rose content but it's still gorgeous 🖤

Joanne Browning you will be paying even more than retail there. I realised sydney duty free is cheaper than Qatar airport and Dubai airport. Aussie currency currently sux too. I get my high end ones online from overseas.

It depends on the age. Id say a teen or girl in her 20s will go for mainstream fragrances.

I recall an interview years ago where Cher stated that she wore Tabu and layered it with another fragrance... I can't remember the name. I remember this because I used to wear this myself when I was in my teens. So not all rich women who have money or who are "rich" wear expensive perfume. I just thought i would mention that. I like Pacifica perfume, which is not expensive and I have more expensive ones... how much it costs doesn't really matter, If i like it, i like it. I also do not wear perfume to smell rich, i wear it because i like it.

I use Soir d'Orient by Sisley. I just love it and I get lots of compliments. First of all the bottle is adorable. The perfume is very long lasting, very strong and powerful
Top notes: Lemon Italia, Saffron accord, Galbanum
Middle notes: Rose Turkey, Geranium Egypt, Black Pepper
Base notes: Santalwood accord, Incense Somalia, Patchouli
Bond no 9 soho is luxurious and rich to my nose

Yes, rich women wear niche parfumes. Never ever the ones you normally have in regular stores.

I had Dior addict since I was in high school I didn’t like it I sold a bottle after I got it for a year I found its too obnoxious and it’s too strong people have complaint about dior addict when I wore it
