Something else i wanted to add that's worth buying from the loyalty shop is the experience scrolls. You can get 53 loyalty scrolls for 1 loyalty point each that give 530% skill and combat exp! Def worth grabbing!
Well you need to remember that that package with the polar bear and the hedgehog is a special sale right now and not normally available. For a sale like that, yes, it's absolutely worth getting. For the tent, the free tent is way worse than the store tent has it has more limitations on it.
For my personal recommendations, I might also add the lodging expansions. For between 67 and 200 pearls you can add an extra worker to a town without dedicating any of your in-game CP for lodging. A permanent boost to your long-term resource gathering ability. It's an account-wide bonus, so it's a good value overall. You could also combine that with some permanent town storage upgrades to reduce CP you need to spend on storage buildings. That way, you could dedicate all your CP to resource nodes and workshop buildings to maximize your in-game income.
A little addition to the trainers flute/celestial horn: You can get the item to upgrade your flute to a horn without paying by doing 14 daily quests in Kamasylvia (Atanis Pond).
the bare bones to get started is to wait for a good deal to get the campsite (there is a way to get a temporary tent repair to tide you over if you want to wait). Then when learn about getting the right skills for the fairy and that is pay to win. Their is a horse trick to dump trash loot on the horse if you want to hold off on getting transaction maids but transaction maids are good quality of life.
Don't buy outfits unless you really need to, you can put a pre order on a premium outfit box and you'll likely get one - granted it does cost quite a bit of silver but with the season it won't take long.
Campsite and value pack are mandatory as you said, weight and inventory are also a huge problem but buying them is too expensive especially if you play more than 1 characters.
@@bayrockdev yeah if you have patience waiting a year for the central market queue or more like forever because whales don't sell value packs anymore since they make more profit by selling outfits. Enough with the bullshit.
I stopped playing New World and started playing bdo 4 days ago. So far, I'm loving the combat. Still trying to get used to a lot of things like the skill tree and enhancements are really confusing for me. I heard the gearing system is kinda bad, but so far, the game is super fun to play
My old account got deleted because the kakao transfer didnt work it slipped through the cracks, and I got to the end game before the expansions only buying dumb costumes. and the camp used to be $80 and on sale with acoupon its $25 so its way cheaper than it used to be even at full price
Hello, do you needed to have the earrings also or is having the glasses and underwear going to be ok? I like one of the glasses and swimsuit for my character, but I don't care for the earrings. Does having them make a big difference? I saw in the video you dint take about them. Thanks, great video.
I claim loyalty points but they never show up in my account. Why is that? Do I have to wait for it to show up? I should be at 12k but I got nothing. It says I claimed it.
almost all pets from market is easy to get when they have events also most of end game grinding you only need like t3 pets and if u really want t4 just wait for events never buy with real money
New player here , trying to play BDO but when I press start all it say thanks for playing to continue to play I must purchase a package. I got the starter pack and 1000 pearls and still can’t play. What should I do? Oh and I’m on ps4.
I think you played the 7 or 14 Days test and now you must buy the Game itself for 10€/$ (what ever your currency is). You bought the "Traveller to Explorer" Package? That not include the Base Game, i think. If i'm wrong sorry, i play on PC.
I kinda laughed when you said so much is character specific. I dont remember why but I put really lvled gear in storage and my lvl 1 character could use it. fucking crazy. most games you need to be a certain lvl 1st.
@@bayrockdev I rather go for a game I can buy everything upfront. These games are made for grinding, so you are locked in an ultimatum. Either waste time until you hit the wall that force you to buy to progress, or waste time going nowhere. I rather just skip all that and go for a game that do not waste my time and money. I don't wanna play a game for hours a day to get the fun stuff. I wanna have fun, then move on to a new game. No matter how well made a game is. It either has to have an end, or it becomes a chore that just keep you going on auto pilot waiting for the vain hope it will give you the same fun again.
@@carloscristero That's fair enough, and honestly if you don't like grinds then this game isn't for you. I'm playing many hours per day and enjoying the grind, but it can be rough. Arguably you're wasting time on any game though..
@@bayrockdev I don't consider a good time a waste. But working on a slow grind to get to the good part is not my idea of time well spent. That's wasted time I could be having fun instead in my book.

Those loyalty points, is that for exp points for skills? What can i do to get more exp points for skills? Thanks
As a new player overwhelmed by the enormity of BDO, this video was extremely helpful. Thank you!

06:35 These Maids are a one time purchase or for every use you need to rebuy them? Because 12dollar would be quite a lot to rebuy those for every use.
1 time purchase! You can have a ton of maids though which let's you complete more deposits/withdraws, because when you use 1 it goes on cool down

inventory and storage slots. thats it.
Nice guide! Are Explorer and Conquer editions worth the money? And what about season pass?
Yes, I bought both the DLC packs while they were on sale. The Pearl:Dollar ratio alone makes it worth.
If You have no life, and love a gaming company ripping you off. Than, yes pay $60.00 for the campsite and 75+ for the DLC's. :)

The microtransaction store is the reason I will never buy this game. I have just given up on any game that force me to buy fake money with real money.
