    I tried lishi a few times in the past but couldn’t figure it out and gave up on it. Definitely will try it your way. I use HPC and my only concern is to be able to figure out ignition keys since I am not a locksmith but do key cutting and programming. I hope you demonstrate those and the those lishis that have two pressure handles rather than one
    You did make a difference and made me a subscriber as well as a fan. Thanks again!

    Hello California Locksmith Co , I am a new subscriber I am enjoying your videos very much ! I found your channel because I have a 1999 Nissan Maxima Se that has only one key and the chip appears to be broken (security light won't turn off and beebs car will spin over but will not start )... I would really like to try to program it with a Ck100 tool but I have a couple of questions about it .. I assume I can purchase a key blank with a chip for my nissan online and have anywhere that makes keys cut it to match my broken existing key? Can the Ck100 program a key without a working key ? Could you recommend someone to buy the tool from ? And my last question is about the BCM code ... what is the best way to get a pin code from it ? Would you be able to help me get the pin code I would need ?(I would gladly pay you to do so of course !) Any help you could provide would be a tremendous help !! Sorry for this long message and I really appreciate you taking the time to read it ..

      Ok, so this is what you should do
      1. Order a transponder key (ni01pt)(ni02pt) either or
      2. Buy a ck100 key programmer
      3. BCM code for that year is (5523)
      Once the key arrives in the mail, take it to any hardware store or locksmith to duplicate your old key to the new one.
      If you want a ck100 go on www.aliexpress.com and buy one there. Price ranges from 80-95.00
      Sometimes they go lower!
      When you have the key ready and key programmer ready message me so I can guide you on programming the key successfully.
      If you found this helpful you can help me by contributing to my patreon thanks!!! 🙏

    So I am confused about one thing if I had the 10 bit decoder that started at 1 and used it on the IGN I would not need to use the instacode correct?
    Also isn't it more convenient to just do VIn to Pin? I wish there was a way to speak to you personally I am a locksmith in training I like all the old school techniques of getting keycode instead of using the VIn. With this vehicle it is also possible to use the dept keys as well right? On the door cylinder or IGN

    I have a few cylinders I'm practicing on, I believe they're pretty worn out but I'm not sure, they aren't mine, they're out of commission. Anyways, you say that when they're solid that you should pick them, but nine times out of ten there's a slight spring before I hit anything solid, so do I pick those? They can often be depressed even further and I can get a second or third click too, what about those? When I click everything that can be clicked, nothing happens, I depress them further, nothing happens, but others try the same cylinder and and open it right up. Another problem I have is the wafers will reset when I pick a different one, and I have to go back and pick the one that was reset, only to have to reset the last one I got a click on, so I just go back and forth hoping it eventually sticks, then I move on and they get reset again, even with adequate tension.

    • @californialocksmithco
      @californialocksmithco  3 года назад +1

      I’ve found that when ever I have a wafer that has some spring even the slightest, I leave it and move to the next. for example if you picked all the wafers and none are solid anymore , apply a bit more tension or reset the lock and pick to the opposite direction then read the lock. Remember clean the lock out before picking also patience is key. 🔑

    I started thinking of buying bump keys for cylinder locks, bunch of lishi pickers and decoders, and train on every lock till i know for certain i can do it, then start a company to open ppls locks for like 40-50 euros.
    Advertise etc. I am studying now to start my own company and this seems the cheapest to start.
    Do you know of more "easy" opening methods and on which locks?
    For example there is also the tibbe picker and decoder.
    Can you hint me into a direction for my research? I could buy a bunch of the locks to train on. Prob all of them. Maybe offer lock replacement? New key cutting in the case of decodable keys? (Back of a van)
    Only thing is the transponder to get th back on the road. Is there anything to bypass this?
    I could do vehicles and homes where ppl are locked out or have lost their keys.

    Hi , this is a great video to show the process. I do have a question. why don't you just use the biting to cut a key without find the key code? the key machine can cut by bitting alone, right?

    • @californialocksmithco
      @californialocksmithco  5 лет назад +1

      SAM XU you need to use the lishi tool, to find the bitting. Then transfer bitting to machine to cut. Unless you order key code through vin number. You wouldn’t be making much profit if you take that route.

    Thanks for the great videos! very educational

    • @californialocksmithco
      @californialocksmithco  5 лет назад +4

      Ayaz Shah well here’s the thing. Instacode Can indeed convert a key code into the actual cuts, but if you don’t have a key code available, you can use the lishi tool to read the door key wafers and then get the remaining cuts for the ignition. The majority of cars don’t have all the key cuts on the door usually some are in the door lock and the rest in the ignition. This method will save you thousands, by not needing to buy key codes 👍 I recommend the mini condor automatic key machine, it can cut standard car keys and high security keys. And for key programmers I recommend ck100, t300, autek programmer. Skp900 there’s a whole bunch more. Thanks for taking the time and watching my video man 🙏

Sure I can pay mfrs for codes via NASTF but would rather put some of that money in my pocket as every bit of knowledge counts.
