(Like on brass instruments, where you call the note C but actually the note thats played is f.e. Bb) but this isn't the case that everybody knows this method. So it's less confusing.

Why don't people tune down when teachings songs in this tuning? Seems lazy to me.. The whole "It's easier to teach" doesn't make that much sense.
