Timeless ride, should never be changed. The whole Sunset Boulevard is perfect, possibly the best land at Disney.
Thank god they picked Aerosmith... RnRC at Paris is what got me into rock music and shaped my musical tastes for the years that followed. It was my first roller coaster with inversions when I visited a week after opening in 2002. It was very emotional for me to see it close for a damn Marvel ride... Well RnRC you will be deeply missed.
The replacement is super lackluster! they should just bring it back! they really just made a rollercoaster with no theming and some tv screens you pass

The first time i rode RnRC i was 9yrs. This week at age 25 i rode the Avengers remake for the first time. I am deeply disappointed and wish they never changed the theme.

With the Rock n' Rollercoaster in Paris being replaced with an Iron Man coaster, the rivalry between Aerosmith fans and Marvel fans is going to be bigger than Blur vs Oasis
I worked at ToT during the time RnRC was being worked on. We used to run next door on our breaks to see if we could ride. More than one person got stuck and missed their bump back into rotation, of course. We even had a barbecue on the patio before all the stanchions were put up. That was a really fun time. I never did meet Aerosmith, but that MTV VJ dude came to Tower. We all wanted Aerosmith, hehe.

I love this coaster, the Orlando one was my first big roller-coaster, last year I went to the Paris one
It’s much less scary because it’s all in the dark. So it just is a lot of fun!

You never forget the absolute dread you feel sitting in front of the huge dark nothingness of the launch tunnel know that it will soon consume you while the voice counts down from 5 to 1, but once the ride starts moving it’s really exciting and it’s like a huge relief and you get to enjoy the ride.
Ever considered covering “opening day” Kilimanjaro Safari? Gosh, I loved that version of that attraction! So much better than the SUPER toned down version we have now

disney opens a park in hawaii and has rock n roller coaster (same track & concept) but its finding nemo themed with you riding the turtles backs and for the launch its dory saying/singing "just keep swimming, just keep swimming..." and for the ending (where at hollywood studios in one of the cars it plays love in an elevator, but instead of "going down") its squirt saying "you guys made me ink"

My parents had no idea the ride was as crazy as it was, so we went on expecting a not so crazy coaster and long story short I almost passed out, my brother pissed himself, and my sister threw up good times

To be honest Kiss would have been such an awesome band to have at RnR Coaster, theme would have been out of this world! (And it would have feature the original 4 members of the band becasue at the time they were on the Reunion Tour)

I love this ride for the ride itself and for Aerosmith. When I rode it back in 2015, the songs I got were Back in the Saddle and Dude looks like a Lady

This ride has been sitting at the back of my mind for ages. I saw a commercial for it once and I always wondered what exactly is it? And now I finally found it
9:42 My memory may be wrong, but I think this started out as a joke-
No one ever said this until a guy in the audience shouted it out, and ever since then the cast members started saying it.
(Source: riding this a few more times than I like to admit)
I don’t know if this was intentional or not but those guitars in the line for the ride with the really big strings are actually fun to pluck because they make a guitar sound it’s just a really low note because the strings are massive

I always thought it would be cool if they did a Red Hot Chili Peppers version for DCA

When I was a kid, I used to watch videos of this ride all the time. Then I actually rode this ride years later, and it’s nothing like the videos. It’s much better.

I rode this back when I was 6, I barely made the height requirements and my older cousin chickened out while at the queue. My aunt tells me that when the ride was over she turned to see me and my skin looked paper white, she only realized I was still alive because I moved my pinky finger. Been a massive sucker for rollercoasters ever since 🤟
So glad they got Aerosmith over Rolling Stones. Also you forgot the part where the cast member used to come in and grab the black les paul!
Agreed, I like the Rolling Stones, but I'm not sure they would've sounded better than Aerosmith for this ride.
Bruce Springsteen, U2 or AC/DC would have also been great choices to host Rock n Rollercoaster! Guess Disney was in a hurry to get the attraction finished :/

im simple lady...i read aerosmith i press that button. I read dark roller coaster themed to aerosmith music i press like. Ive been in both the paris and the orlando attractions and it still one of my favorites... so timeless and thrilling.As an aerosmith fan i do appreciate their music all over the video and the cheeky references... so thank you. keep up the good work on your videos
You forgot about two things at least.
A) Vekoma modified the restraints, and it now uses vests similar to what B&M use on wing coasters
B) Disney edited the pre show in ~2016 after they noticed Steven Tyler was hiding an obscene gesture, known as "The Shocker"

Nothing beats that LSM launch, still so powerful despite me being on Top Thrill and KKa.
I've never rode a coaster as intense as this, but if I do get to go to the park as planned this summer, I'm gonna have to ride it and the "Tower of Terror." Gotta at least be able to say that I rode them in-case they do close down. Never got to ride "The Great Movie Ride" and kinda wish I had.
I'd honestly be more annoyed if they changed the band in the rockin rollercoaster to someone modern than if they just demolished it.

This was actually what Superstar Limo was originally supposed to be, with some changes of course.

I hope one of them is Star Tours, since it is set to have another destination for the Rise of Skywalker coming out with the movie on December 20.
I got to ride the Hollywod Studios location yesterday. I sat in the front seat and the songs I listened to were Young Lust, F.I.N.E. and Love In An Elevator. This was not only my first ride on Rock N Roller Coaster, but my first LSM launch coaster, my first upside down indoor roller coaster and my first upside down launch roller coaster.

Never been on this ride, but I’ve seen Aerosmith 3 times, my favorite band, and met Joe himself (photo is me and him), and met Brad. Not everyone can say THAT to those who’ve been on the ride

would have been cool if you mentioned that Walibi Holland has a outdoor version of Rock 'n' Roller coaster called: Xpress platform 13. With that onride you get a great idea of the layout you otherwise don't see. Great video as allways can't wait for the next one!
Disney hollywood studios flo. has to keep this awesome one! its a classic! just like fantasmic, or the tower of terror! although it is nice to see how the park is growing in terms of popularity, disney CEO has to recognize when is enough of make changes, there are some things that has to remain just as we know them! and i know by this new era rock music is no longer something ¨cool¨, but they dont know anything, ANYTHING i say! :P nice video as always btw!
