Your website may be built different, you may not have permissions to edit, or else something weird is happening. The edit buttons on the page are front end editing, but it’s something that can be turned on and off for users. Might be the case with yours, or else it’s been built in a weird way, or potentially with a site builder. Also you will need to have a front end login form in order to see the buttons. Logging in on the backend won’t make them automatically show up.
