Where do you get these templates? All I have is the default. So, you're giving a tutorial using a template that we don't know how to get. Makes the whole tutorial USELESS!

That would be WordPress. A lot more plugins are available
Joomla/Drupal has way more built in functionality than WP where as you'll be paying for the functions in WP
