To be clear here the music video and the song itself are about 2 different topics.. The song is about all these crazy ways you could die... The video for some reason is about gun violence.. Not the same message and not the bands choice either... This was largely produced by the label and MTV as it had/has a left wing bias... Mustaine has voted both left and right himself and sees himself as an independent, patriot and supporter of the constitution. He himself owns several guns and goes hunting with his son.. He has expressed that if you need a gun however to deal with a problem you are a pussy.. Aka gang violence or murders using them ect.. This isn't an approve of the act of killing someone just that shooting someone is a pussy way to do it.. Lol.. In case you haven't noticed death and killing is a topic that often comes up with Megadeth sometimes from the perspective of the killer or the killed or dead. But don't think the song itself is about the subject matter the video was made about its not and that's not the message of the song.
