It makes a lot more sense to take grab in JB. Eg, let's say you take bus from Sentral to KSL. Cost RM 1.5 Grab cost about RM8. Time differential between bus and grab is about 20 mins (incl waiting time). RM 6.50 for 20 mins translates to hourly rate of RM20 = SGD 6. There are no jobs that pay SGD 6 in SG.... So if a person is taking leave going to JB it makes a lot more sense to move about in Grab.

When I take the bus to mid valley, the driver always charge me RM 3. Happened a couple of times.
