I wish they reduce the size of the kit font so the kit name doesn't get cut off.
I want shortcuts for favorite kits. I have both VEX packs and other custom kits and now my list of kits is way too long.
One thing that bug me is the little gray area next to the volume slider.
I don't know what goes there or if they can remove it.
The great area is you dynamic meter.
The 1.0.8 update is a great improvement to the module. Thank you for the informative video! Do you know if there will be additional drum samples added soon?
All I know is they've said there will be sound releases in the future. Really cannot say much more.

Will get back to it. A lot of demand had us working the 27 in 2020. Late 2019 was the 50. We do have more plans for the Mimic.

We use the ATV aDrums at our church with the MIMIC pro for the sounds. Does Pearl have any instructions out there on how to dial in the settings for use with the ATV drums...especially with the update and the navigation in the module being slightly different? We just can't get the cymbals to swell and respond like cymbals should. Any help would be great.
The trick is ALL the settings have to be worked. (not JUST the swell setting) I’ve found it took a lot of experimentation with all the pad settings to make them work with the swell well. However, I’d suggest calling Pearl for help with a walk through. I plan to do pad setting videos after the holidays, but I’m sure you don’t want to wait. Plus, as can be seen, I don’t use the ATV cyms.
When you save an instrument does it save the trigger settings with it? Looking for a quick way to load 2 different kits for 2 different sets of pads (practice kit and live kit).
No, I don't believe it does. It saves instrument related info only.
Will this update erase my custom drum kits?
It would only overwrite kid of the same name. Thus, it is likely impossible.
