Thank you for this video! I have been wondering if this was a career and now I’ve become aware that there are doctors who are taking a wholistic approach when treating mental disorders I really want to follow my heart to becoming a wholistic psychiatrist!!!! I will definitely be looking at your website, thank you for sharing!!!

Wow what a great video! Subscribed! ☺️I’m curious to see if you have videos on Benzodiazepine withdrawal. I love the philosophy behind your approach! Wish you were closer!

    Dear Dr Lee,
I am really glad for all what you have done so far on YT. Please give us more advice on how to gett off SSRI. It is almost impossible to find any tips in my native language. How about St John wort ? Is it correct to replace SSRI with it?

A good St. John's Wort product can be very helpful. I would add it first, then gradually lower the SSRI.

I'm researching education/training that will allow me to open a practice to treat mental health issues with therapy, herbal interventions, and nutrition. At first I was planning to pursue an LPC and emphasizing in trauma, grief, and other acute or chronic mental health issues but also getting a master herbalist certification and nutrition certification. But I've stumbled into the path of an ND with a psychiatric emphasis. I don't know if I need that level of education for what I want to do. Any advice? I am starting from a masters in special education, so it would be a completely new path for me.

I did a video recently on my training to be a holistic psychiatrist. Perhaps you can take a look at that video to see if it will answer some of your questions!

Heard a lot about St Johns wort....wonder if it works for extreme stuff. Empower plus.....$70 a bottle kind of expensive....

St. John's wort is helpful for depression. Empower Plus is a highly absorbable supplement, but there are other supplements out there that are just as good.

@@alicewleemd Oh..thx.so the absorb ability is the key differentiator for Empower product and therefore is factored into the cost....lately have to turn down the rage and mania..Thx much... lol...
