I'm just starting out myself but from what I understand you may want to check with an archery shop before you continue to shoot those arrows. 500 is probably the spine rating my bow is also a 70lb turned down to 60ish and my arrows are 300 spine so much stiffer. 500 might be too weak of spine to safely shoot at that poundage

I agree, you need more of a 340 spine. You are pulling decent weight, more than me for sure. Have fun, I’m also a beginner and also get sore.
