This OST has the theme that has you wondering just how many people are infected, that there are entire cities just brought to a standstill. Infected everywhere with no survivors. Dormant, aimlessly wondering, dying, and the special variations are doing the same thing in cities with no survivors. In a IRL scenario, this is just sadness everywhere. Families turned or killed, bodies scattered everywhere, the remains of evacs or CDC operations, the signs of desperate attempts of survival to no avail.
