I love ONJ! You were spot on with the time period. The movie "Xanadu" was filmed in 1979 and released in theatres in 1980. Anything live from her 1982 concert would be great: "Sam", "Jolene", "Falling", "Silvery Rain", "Please Mr. Please", "Let Me Be There", "Deeper Than The Night".
Love it. One of my faves. ELO was huge back in the day and this was a great pairing.
I love all of Olivia's music she had great songs. My favorite is I Honestly Love You. I never heard of Olivia until she came out with it. It made her famous everywhere. It's my all time favorite of hers
Jarryl this was written by Jeff Lynne, of Electric Light Orchestra, (ELO) and The Traveling Wilburys, a super group consisting of Jeff, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan, and Jim Keltner. That's Jeff, and ELO playing, and on backing vocals. Great choice! Love Olivia! Jeff Lynne, and ELO are one of my ALL time favorites! Musical genius!
