Honkai Star Rail is the brand new game from the creators of Genshin Impact, and today Garnt and I are going to challenge ourselves to see who can pull the most 5 star characters and weapons in a set budget... this is going to be painful for the F2P players.

Nope, Grant luck in the standard banner was insane he even got multiple 5* in just 100 warps,
he pulled himeko in his 10th multi on that banner
@@TCGunsha I feel like Garnt really dramatises how much he rolls, because everytime he starts grieving he's probably only like 3-4 multis in, which if you translate it to money, it is a lot, but in gatcha standards, it's not even average to get a 5 star.
Everytime he pulls I'm led to believe he already pulled a lot, while in reality he just had either average luck or actually good luck haha

I love how we gacha players have a "Skill" in pulling for units, mine for instance was horrendous but I managed to climb to average..
My younger brother though, is at Grand-master lvl and he doesn't even play gacha games, so I use his talents for my own.
Sponsored players can have higher luck setting on their accounts (set by game admins) to create a false sense of favorable odds.
That is a legit strat and you can't tell me otherwise

Just a reminder: there's a feature in twitch that allows you to do a stream squad so maybe you guys can do that next time. It puts both streams in one screen and allows viewers to quickly swap between streams easily.

I still can't believe how good this game is.
It's easily triple A quality, and it actually works smooth on release.
Beautiful graphics, gripping story and even the combat is really fun. I didn't even like turn based all that much before this.
Also you can easily get at least 90 pulls (guaranteed five star) within the first few weeks of playing.
Not to mention how the characters you get for free are actually really good. Like, the MC is one of the better characters in the game.
So far I'm f2p, but if this quality will remain for upcoming patches, I'll probably invest a bit of money sometime.
I agree with everything, except the Xianzhou Luofu story being an absolute mess.

there’s specifically a rainbow (red green blue） glitch effect on the ticket and that’s what people are talking about. it’s super noticeable when you know what you’re looking for.

Stuff like this is exactly why I rather playing gacha games with characters and weapons that I have and grinding resources through playing the same chapters instead of getting better characters or weapons like this video shows. I'm not sugarcoating it, games with this kind of mechanic will surely bleed your wallet dry if you don't manage your savings properly.

I have been playing genshin for one and half years and I have never won 50/50 early pity . In fact i was losing 50/50 with hard pity for like 5 times. so that trauma took me more than 3 weeks before i start playing star rail since launch.
