Honestly super stoked for the Leipzig, way more than the new T10. I've been looking for a T6 ranked ship and I like these high skill ceiling boats.
I got it in a crate a few months ago. Very fun ship!
Oquando is T9 though, not T10.

I’d really recommend Perth, low skill floor but actually high skill ceiling it’s very fun and I could easily carry even tier 7 games

Both Konigsberg and Nurnberg have 360-traverse rear turrets which you lose with Leipzig (along with having slower traverse).
Pity couldn't really showcase Leipzig in a non-CV game (when that insane stealth can come into its own), can be quite a handful there, I think.
N'berg originally didn't have the 360deg aft turrets. It was 'buffed' a few months later to have that K'berg capability.
I understand that they nerf the guns but why also give them Yamato turret traverse??

Seriously I play it like a japanese DD.
The time traverse speed is not really an issue, when playing in kite.
Would IFHE help with the shatter issue?

T10 Japanese CV with made up AP skip bombs that cit any battleship in the game
T10 US sub with 40+ knots (engine boost) surface speed and 25 second reload on torps
T10 dd with 15 torps+reload boost+super heal+smoke+ funny button.

I think Shinano and Archerfish are going to stay how they are. The DD? IDK. Base speed of 34 and no speed boost. It might still be too much. I really doubt that 30 torps is going to be okay with the other strengths of this boat. Or Shimakaze is really getting power creeped lmao.
T10 CV with low HP planes and small attack wings, with no mention of ability to citadel "any battleship in the game" also from all of the testing shown so far, and supers testers talking about it, the AP skip bombs basically need a flat broadside to even pen, making their damage very easy to mitigate. Also skip bombing was very much possible and something that multiple navies did do during WW2, using an AP bomb for it isn't that unreasonable as basically any bomb with the right shape can skip.
T10 Sub with a single loader to get that 25s reload time. Giving her less torps per minute than basically every other sub. Balao for example is 3 torpedoes every 46 seconds, Archerfish is going to need 75s to load the same number of torpedoes. Archerfish also has much lower range
T10 DD with 15 short range torpedoes, okay concealment, fairly bad main guns, low top speed, no engine boost, a combat instruction like the Pan-American CLs but that also mean dog shit long cool downs so if you aren't charging that combat instruction you are literally just a worse Pan-Asian DD.
Not saying this to say these ships will be bad, but just pointing out that you are kind of misrepresenting these ships. They aren't the end of the world, may not even do anything. Remember when everyone was freaking out about Malta's AP dive bombers how it would ruin top tier? Then Malta ended up being only really average?

It is not physically possible to have AP skip bombs.
also btw Malta AP bombs were so broken they had to be nerfed, and for WG to nerf a CV, you know it’s bad, so that’s a terrible example. I didn’t even mention the tactical planes with HE bombs that have a max damage of over 60k.
I've had this ship for quite a while. Even with the noted nerfs it's fun to play. I use it a lot.
I think the ship is an absolute joy in testing. Def. grabbing in dockyard event no matter.

This new Dockyard is a step down from the previous Wisconsin one. Neither ship in it excites me enough to buy the starter pack.
Played it on PTS - great little ship. Can't wait to get hold of it on live servers.

If I remember correctly it's pronounced Laip-zeesh.

Agano T5 has 12 km torps that's fun BB don't expect them, they are slow but that means you fire before the first set has reached a target 😂

Interesting, i got this ship some months ago and never touched it, looked like just another one of the Nurnberg clones out there.
To be fair, the Admiral Makarov IS Nürnberg, portraying how she was equipped after being transferred to the Soviet Navy as war reparations.
Also Leipzig is pretty much a completely different ship from Nurnberg, considering how Nurnberg had significant structural modifications from Leipzig.

Idk. The only good thing about Nürnberg are her guns. Would rather play a DD instead a torpedo focused Nürnberg with better torps.

Yeah since I have Leipzip i get the dockyard for free.
Pq I was just in a game with u. U were in the harugamo and got. High cal and confederate but just quite couldn’t carry. I was in the Maine u farmed for a while. I focused other ships instead of chasing u. I’m not dumb lol.

I'd argue the German cruisers are over balanced. They're never escaping the top of the bottom 1/3 of the spreadsheet. YY definitely was in the same situation for a long time

Leipzig is one of my favorite cruisers. It's going to do great with the carrier rework.

Looks awful, every ship line this game has Hydro and subs are gonna spot your torps going overhead. Carriers will spot you so goodbye to your concealment. Guns suck, good luck doing anything other than yoloing in ranked or brawl. Out DPM'd by every cruiser in randoms. Collecters ship at best.
