- Hot tent trip in the polish Lavvu with the Outbacker firebox stove as my source of heat. On this trip I build a new A frame bushcraft shelter to replace the one that was taken down in the recent storms. Unfortunately I experienced some audio issues with the go pro and some of the footage was unusable but I hope you enjoy it.

I always find the bacon is the hardest meat to emulate. Some of the plant based sausages these days are amazing. Also agree with the lavvu. Holds the heat when hot tenting so well.

Cracking video William it looked amazing in the snow it disappeared quickly my wife is a vegetarian and I sometimes eat some stuff like mince chicken pieces and the nuggets good job on the rebuild I'm looking at building a new shelter just need to find a location HNY atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍

Thanks for doing the vids mate, as for what us RUclips chimps want..... you'll never please all the people all the time so do what works for you. For the record, I've no problem with summit vids, I've not been up a proper hill since the start of covid so my fitness will be shocking. 😂 Great vid by the way, there can't be much space in a lavvu with a good sized stove, I've not been brave enough for a lavvu/stove combo yet.
It was neat but works ok, this is a size 1 and really i need the 2 if I have the stove.
If someone could only design a bushcrafters all-terrain luggage trolley they would i suspect have a ready market.Ideal for the stove and a couple of bags.

@@earlgrey691 they're very cheap (€70 new where I am). But yeah they don't. There is a one-wheel trailer for backpacking but it's around $1000

Summit camping is a yes from me. But as you keep needing more time out there to make the videos you need to push for a 4 day week!! And I am only supporting veggie bacon because Irene will stare at me if I don't :-)

Great vid as always, although I’m not convinced on the veggie bacon!! As far as summit camping and other content - I’ve lived in Scotland all my life and never climbed one summit (unless Bennachie counts) so if you do a summit camp I’ll be watching. However, as others have said, do what makes you happy and take us along - not the other way round.
Thanks, the veggie bacon is ok but I like my bacon crispy so will be going back to normal bacon.
Liked the video and gear viewed, I have a Polish Lavvu but have never hot tented in it. Looks a tad cramped, How do You experience it? Must be easy to warm up with it's small volume. Happy trail!
It is a bit cramped as I only have the size 1 but the size 2 would be great. I still really enjoyed the night but it got to hot at one stage 😀
@@Macoutdoors361 i could imagine, I have the smaller size as well. It felt cramped just withvthe backpack inside.
sorry the Burgers were just ok ,, perhaps season the meat before you set out ? other wise loved the Video
